      This is our first time finishing our basement with Matrix. Everything went smoothly! All of the jobs that had to be done were well organized on the schedule. Our project manager, ***, was helpful in answering any questions we had. We are very happy with the end result! Thank you!

      We had a five-star experience with Matrix, from the estimate with ***** to completion of installation. Our new tub and shower surround exceed our expectations. We really hit the jackpot with ******, our installer. He kept us updated along the way and was a true craftsman. Thank you ******!

      We had the shower in our second bathroom torn out and replaced. Our salesperson ***** was helpful and thorough. He made sure we were informed about options and materials and worked with us on a price that fit our budget.The initial installation job was solid and the work was done in one day. We found three cosmetic issues which we shared with the project manager ****. He listened to our requests and assured they would be handled.******* came out and fixed everything. He had creative solutions and completed the job. He was professional, friendly, and neat. We were impressed with his work.

      If anyone is in the market for a basement remodel, take a look at Matrix Home Solutions . We are incredibly satisfied with this company. Amazing communication; everything was laid out in an app, including their daily schedule and who was coming to work. It was wonderful. We still need a few finishing touches but we're almost finished!

      We wanted to upgrade our outdated shower tub combo to a more accessible walk-in shower. Our designer, *****, was fantastic! Very easy to talk to, incredibly helpful, and answered all our bathroom remodel questions. He even offered great suggestions. The installer was super friendly too.We were quoted a 4-6 week timeline, which was right on the money. Were thrilled with our new low-maintenance shower. Its so much easier to clean and navigate. Definitely recommend!
