5 stars****** was a fantastic installer. I'm thrilled with the bathroom remodel design. The team did an amazing job raising the ceiling height, creating a half wall, and opening up the space. My basement remodel was I ********* and they are headquartered in Illinois so that *** be why my experience was so much worse. I have been mislead completely, overpaid for the quality, did not get what I fully paid for and now paying other professionals to finish the project and correct the issues Matrix home solutions caused due to lack of quality. The project manager I spoke to twice, once I. The beginning giving me hope and promise. The second time at the end only after complaining enough and saying I won't sign the completion until speaking to them.

5 starsWe discovered Matrix Home Solutions at the fall festival and knew they were the right team to transform our unused basement. Concerned about mold, we chose Matrix based on their reputation for quality materials. Our goal was to create a spacious, open area perfect for entertaining our *********** playing darts, and enjoying movie nights. The contractors,***, ****, and ******* were professional, helpful, and kept the workspace spotless.
