I paid jokerzperformance to cnc port my supercharger with their 5 axis cnc "full tilt port". I had spoken to the owner ***** on the phone previously before sending my supercharger for the service about what's done and what to expect. I asked about him matching it to another part I have to rhe supercharger port and he told me he ports it to 75mm to match already but when I got the supercharger back it was not fully ported to 75mm and wasn't even a full circle. Also the main part I had talked to him about on the phone was the throat part of the supercharger based on the representation of the pics on his site but when I got the supercharger back I could clearly see that it didn't match the pics on his site. I messaged him about the issues and he basically tried to convince me just keep it but I told him that it's incomplete and doesn't match the pics on his site. He finally told me to send it back so he could check if that the work he did is like all other superchargers that he's done even though I had sent him pics for comparison that it didn't match what was on his site. I told him shipping was expensive and that I don't want to pay to ship it back and he finally sent me an email of a shipping label but I would have to pay his cost and if it turned out there was an error on the work he would refund me for shipping. He told me if I put anything else in the box to be ported he would charge me so I asked him how much to port the other part but he would not give me an answer until days later. This went on for days messaging back and forth with me trying to get details of getting the other part done and pricing. He would get frustrated and rant at times about other work he's doing as if it was my fault and finally he canceled the label and flatout refused to fix the original work and I told him if we can't reach an agreement I would seek mediation and he told me his warranty protects him. He screen shot me the warranty which is "no warranty" and "as is". I want a refund.

For several you did not send the item in question back for whatever reason. I offered to take a look at your product. I can not fix it there it needs to be so I can fix. After 5 days of back worth bickering it led no where. You then out of frustration agreed to send the blower back. You then proceeded to continue to converse back and forth about this and that. I then decided to cancel looking at the blower and resolving any concerns that you may have had. I did this because the item had not shipped back in two business  days. Whatever offer of me looking at your blower and looking over your concerns was not to your liking. You procrastinated for 2 days over nothing I agreed to. You wanted quotes on stuff I don't normally port. They need to be here in order for me to quote and I in the first day discussion I told you to send it with a blower. Once again the blower was not shipped. You continued to bicker it started to push me away from handling any further. It appears that no matter the offer you had a rebuttal. The problem with this is I cant promise you your wants and needs I can only solve what I provide and offer. Therefore your wants and needs put me outside of my normal business operations. What you got is what we offer. Its what you paid for. There is no where in the description of the website thats states gasket matching of sny sort to any aftermarket parts. Do to these reasons I decided its best with the return of the item you will be given a full refund including the original shipping cost and a quality replacement item so that you can go elsewhere for work. By ordering from Website you have agreed to site terms and conditions. You have read the warranty claim. You have gone through all possibilities to having the blower remedied. By keeping the product jokerz assumes by default that you feel the product is acceptable enough in order to not return for the refund. By refusal of return and acceptance of product condition without return you are accepting the product in a working condition.  Send the item back and I will refund you in full and provide an a direct stock replacement without our services we provide attached to it. Also we will refund the initial shipping costs proof of receipt. We will not charge you for use of our label that is still active to ship the product back.

I am rejecting this response because: The response that was given is omitting facts of what actually happened. I did not get frustrated and then agreed to send it back. I agreed to send it back in the beginning. I did not ask him to gasket match the part to the "APR adapater/elbow" because he told me in the beginning he already matched it to the "APR elbow" which he claime was 75mm but when I measured the "APR" elbow it was 75mm but that was beside the point because my concern was that the supercharger was not machined to 75mm at the port and also under machined at the throat area which was the main reason I sent it to him in the first place as we discussed before I sent it to him in the beginning. When texting about this with him he jumped to a lot of conclusions over the while course of this and at times he wouldn't stay focused on a topic when I was just trying to find out if I would be charged for anything extra and how much which he didn't directly respond until days later so things could actually proceed. Towards the end he cancelled the shipping label he emailed me and then layer refused to fix the supercharger flatout with a reply to me of "Good luck to you". All of the correspondence between us is in text and can be proven.

So he dont want to send it back for exchange?

    I am confused.

He can sit here and come up with this and that. He can prove all he wants to prove.

Im offering a full refund and replacement stock blower IF he returns the item as he received in the mail from

us. Anything less and I will refuse a refund.  You can not keep the service provided and get your money back. This is starting to sound like a scam.

No person in there right mind keeps a product they are not happy with if offered a full refund with stock replacement and covered shipping. This is 100% return of money. A new item is supplied. We pay for shipping.

If thats not enough for him. Then what is his true intentions. Hmm I wonder?

I am rejecting this response because: The supercharger is my property and not his regardless of what he did to it, and keep in mind the service "full tilt"was not fully carried out. The supercharger I sent him was very low mile and in excellent condition. He even told me himself that the bearungs were in very good condition and did not need replacement so how can I knkw what he would send back. Furthermore he took a very hostile attitude towards me and with his business policies and refusing to fix it and then making another offer again seems very unstable  to me so I don't trust him. Furthermore at the point he cancelled the return label and refused to fix the charger altogether I feel he forfeited resolution so I want a refund maybe minus the cost of the bearing and fluid plus what I paid to ship it to him.
