    2/1/23 $150 My taxes to be done He never finished what needed to be done. I paid him and still have not received my 2021 taxes I had to call the *** myself to get the 2022 processed because it was flagged for fraud. He will not return any of my calls or texts at all. I as well never received the info of my taxes on a email or paper copy so I have tax return as well which I will need for next year to do my taxes

    It was flagged as fraud because his identity was stolen.  He needed a ID Theft PIN.  He didn't supply one that worked.  He can have his money back.

    I am rejecting this response because:The things that were asked by this accountant were not provided and he has refused to help any further or respond to ** in months via phone calls or text. We want our money back and we want to know what happened to the 2021 taxes and we want our tax return statements as well since those were never sent as well.

    Taxpayer received copy of return by docusign--which is permitted by the IRS.  Each year is a new PIN.  Two years--Two PINs.  If he doesn't want a refund, I'm at a loss as to what to do.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I will take the $150 back please and would like to know how it will be sent. If he can please Zelle it back to me I would greatly appreciate that. I was never informed of some website having my tax return on it. The lack of communication on all this was very unsettling especially for someone that has never been a accountant and is unaware of all these things. Also I called the *** Wednesday and was informed you efiled my 2021 taxes and never sent my 2022. I gave you the *** hence why you were able to file the 2021. So now I have to wait even longer to receive my 2022 taxes and go get them done elsewhere. I really do not understand why you couldn't just communicate with me took my money with no issues and then just stopped all communication in February. That is horrible customer service in my eyes. Please let me know how you will be sending the $150.

    HI, Bit confused on how my case is going to be resolved here. I have not been told how or when this man is going to send me my money back for my refund on services he never provided and now my case is just closed out. The guy refused to contact me since February and then when I filed this had no issues contacting me so I'm a bit skeptical as to how I'm getting my money back I'm owed since he follows through with nothing.

    Theres no place to respond to the complainants last messagewhich is unfair.

    Please be advised that on Monday I sent him the attached email asking him for his Zelle info. He hasnt responded.

    I am sending him a check via **** as he hasnt responded.

    He keeps saying the work wasnt done, but it was. *** records show he received the refund by direct deposit for 2021 on April 3 2023.  He admits that the *** told him that.

    Again, 2022 was prepared. It was sent and rejected because he didnt give me the ** PIN. He gave me one ** PIN then which worked for 2021 but not 2022 although I sent it twice. I cant get an ** PIN for him. He has to get it himself.  Again, two years; two PINs.

    Im at a loss as to what else I can do.

    Now, by ******** law he made a demand to settle which I accepted. He asked to ***** the money which I agreed to, but he didnt give his account info. I have now sent him a check. Thats binding by law. This matter is legally resolved on his terms. I expect a copy of this email to be posted.
