Only one gentleman to speak with in regards to this and everytime you can they transfer you and you get his voicemail which is full. This is absolutely ridulicious trying to getting my compressor fixed which is still under warranty. Spend that kind of money and ***** wants to help you. ****** in Warren Pa will not help with anything in regards to the product.Please help me get my compressor fixed or a new one

    I contacted Craftsman on the rider mower I recently purchased on May 19, 2023.They directed me to inquire about a defect in the hood of the mower.Request Type: Warranty Related Defective Product Request Sub Type - Warranty Related - Defective Product: Warranty Related Defective Product (Product failure, Incomplete product, Request of Spare Parts)Model Number: CMXGRAM1130036 Quantity: 1 Version/Type Number: 1C22PB80167 Proof of purchase Date of purchase: 2023-05-19 The hood of the mower bounces continually while mowing and causes turbulence while in use. I had to put a bungee cord on to hold it down.On June 27 I spoke with a customer support case number: ******** and was told Tech Support will help me--On June 28 I spoke with Tech Support-********, case number ******** when she asked me to provide photos of the interior and external hood. She then said she will call me back that day. NO response as of today,. it has been 2 weeks with NO RESPONSE.I then reached out again on July 9 and received a message someone would be in touch. 2 days--again no contact or follow-up.
