    *** noticed within the last few weeks that my sink by the drain is cracking from inside the material sink under the enamel I dont use abrasive cleaners due to my daughter who has lifelong medical conditions and goes to The *************************************************** in ************ ** I have never seen this before it should not be cracking and branching out it looks like its bubbling under surface and cracking its clearly a defective product when I contacted Magickwoods I spoke to **** in ******************** when I asked where location was in ******** he hung up on me I called back to spoke to ******* he told me hes in ****** send email with photos. I understand there was only a 1yr warranty and expected the product to have a longer lifespan then this and minor wear and tear happens but this is appalling I purchased this product in good faith at Menards I spoke to ******* T manager of plumbing she gave me all info and std the product is discontinued and to contact Magickwoods and make a complaint through Menards they wouldnt replace it. Ive seen many people make complaints with the same issues Im having the product is absolutely DEFECTIVE and the company should replace it with no cost to me. A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT should not be included with the 1yr warranty a warranty is for wear and tear not DEFECTIVE its obviously a production issue with the products they are using and or their equipment problems. I am asking for a replacement to be shipped to me at no cost if this product is discontinued a voucher to go to Menards for a different one with the measurements I need as 22x25W. As you can see in the photos this is definitely a product defection on their end and they need to honor their quality of standards its misleading and fraudulent to make defective products knowing they are defective and selling them that way. Please help thank you

    I purchased a cultured marble vanity top about two years ago. Recently, it has developed a crack in the bottom of the sink bowl. I would like some advice about repairing the crack. I have written to Magickwoods twice to ask but have not received a reply.

    This is ********* from Magickwoods and we reviewed you complaint about the vanity top that you purchased with us. 

    Please note that we haven't received any email complaints so far from your email id ************************ and neither we received any phone calls from your number ************. In the complaint you mentioned that you have written twice to Magickwoods about the concern. Can you please share any of the email attachments that you have sent to us? Because we cant find any records of your data. Based on your attachment we will find out what went wrong from our side. 

    Secondly, through this complaint we came to know that you purchased this vanity top before two years ago. At this point, we would like to make it clear that all our 'CULTURED MARBLE AND PORCELAIN VANITY TOPS' have a warranty period of ONE YEAR only. Hence this claim will not be covered under our warranty policy.

    I have attached the warranty norms for your reference.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business has still not answered the one, simple question that I asked of them, "Can you advise me how to repair the crack?"  Instead, they point out that the item is not under warranty, which was never a point of inquiry.

    As to the email information that they requested, I sent my first message to them on 6 February **** with timestamp 12:09 and subject line "Query" and an identical message on 12 February **** with timestamp 12:05.  Both were sent to ************************************** and neither was rejected/returned or answered.

    Our apologies! 

    The emails weren't received @ our end, and I have taken this concern to our IT team for further investigation.

    On the other hand, we would like to inform you that there are no options for repairing a vanity top from our end due to it's fragile nature and hence we don't provide the repair kit as well.

    The only option is to replace the vanity top in full.
