      I referred someone to donate plasma and they changed their deal even though I just referred him on my app and it said 750. Go in they say it's 700 that's false advertisement. Otherwise he could've just kept going where he was. Then they tell me he has to donate 2 times for me to ****************. I planned to not donate for a couple weeks to let my arm heal and now I'll have to go back with him to donate just to ****************. The fine print says on his 2nd donation the money will be deposited into my account.

      This business banned me from donating plasma after inquiring about future appointments claiming I had cussed out an employee during the discussion. This is a total lie made up by the employee. They have no respect for people who donate their time and plasma to the company. I have the employees names who made the accusations and also filed a complaint to their corporate office but not received a response my complaint. This kind of customer service is unprofessional and the employees need to be reprimanded this company has a very low approval rating from several other donors.

      In the beginning of April of this year Biolife opened a new center in *********. After my.first donation on April 5th I went into donate and had passed the vitals and was waiting to get a booth to actually donate. While waiting I asked for some crackers while waiting since I hadn't ate and was asked about of questions by a.staff member all for asking for crackers. So I was deferred for the night and talked to with the gm **** and was told he would pay me a lousy 20$ which i was supposed to make $130 that night, and extend my promotion status so I could still get the new donor bonus even after it expired which it expired may 1st. I have tried numerous times to donate without success and when I try reaching out to **** to get my new donor status I'm told he isn't there or won't get the message and won't call Me back so I would like some helping resolving the issue

      On Thursday May 4, 23, I had my 2nd donation w/BioLife Plasma in ***************, on ***************. My 1st donation w/Physical on May 2nd, went Great. I donated 834ml of plasma in only 29 minuteswhich is extremely fast for that amount of plasmaI have excellent veins & keep myself physically fit. On this 2nd donation, May 4, 23 I had the Assistant Manager, *****, a big guy, that was throwing around the tubing so hard & fast setting the machine up, that at one point one of the tube ends hit me in the headhe apologized, but continued to load the machine like an absolute maniac. So now on to the needle stickthe stick was good, as I said I have nice big veins. It was inserted correctly in my vein, but then he continues on to slap HARD the tape to hold the tubing to my forearm of the needle inserted donating arm. Immediately upon this hard slap of taping the tape to my forearmEXTREME PAIN where the needle was inserted. I think ok well that hurt really bad, but the donation was started within seconds of that hard slap taping. The 1st cycle happens, and then the machine releases some saline into my armnot sure what this is called, but I have excruciating painexcruciating burning in my arm/vein. The machine beeps/does something, he immediately comes over & asks how the stick feelsI said it hurts & IS burning REALLY BAD. He touches my arm above the needle and says it hematomad, you will be deferred for 8 weeks, as they could not get my red blood cells back to me, because my vein was bleeding out inside my arm. I WAS NOT HAPPY, My vein could be damaged if it does not heal well because he HARD/HEAVY HANDEDLY Slapped my forearm right below that huge needle, it ripped my vein right then & there, at that time my HR went up to 164! Why would someone slap SO HARD my donation arm w/the huge needle inserted right above in my vein, to tape tubing to my arm? I found this absolutely BARBARIC! Also I lost my bonus pay of $250, & Im ANEMIC now because of his BARBARIC ACTIONS!!

      I feel like I was discriminated against by putting being put on an 8 week deferment for loss of white blood cells at plasma BioLife in ******** I simply ask an employee if she had a ******** and she told me no which I was like okay that's fine no problem never mind then and then I come in the next time and **** the manager bullies me into the office and tells me about how I can't do this and how I can't do that at the at the business which I totally understand but I go back in there a couple days ago and they knew that I already had one previous loss of a white blood cells due to the phlebotomist's fault because they didn't know how to use the proper equipment to inject to put the needle in my arm to get the plasma so I feel like I was discriminated against and they really need to take a look at that facility and make sure that their people are trained professionals because I shouldn't be at fault or have it held against me because somebody doesn't know how to do their job I don't feel like the eight week deferment was fair and I would like to have a resolution to this I would like for to be able to appeal that decision so I can continue donating plasma

      I referred two donors to BioLife ******** through my BioLife app. When referring, there were no terms or conditions shown on what I needed to do to get my referral bonus. After they donated, I still had not seen my referral bonus on my app and reached out to BioLife to ask why, and they told me that per the terms and conditions, I was not eligible to receive the bonus. I provided evidence that the terms they were referencing were not shown anywhere in my referral process due to an error on their end, and they are still refusing to payout.

      I donated plasma I was supposed to get paid $90 for my donation a BioLife on rib Mountain, ******, ********* the credit card they will not turn it on so I can collect my $90 for service. The credit card company which my money should be on. They will not activate my card. They want me to provide an old address from 10 years ago which I dont know where it was. They wont even give me my $90 which I provided a service of plasma. The credit card company will not comply. Ive been trying for two weeks to collect my $90. I keep getting roadblocks. I provided proof of my address six times I gave them my current mail with proof of my address where I live and theyre saying I have to give them my old address from like 10 years ago which I have no idea, what they want from me I dont know where I used to live from 10 years ago. They said it was a ******* address. I provided a picture ID and six pieces of mail with proof of my address. They still will not comply and refund me my $90.

      I purchased a large ticket health item Nov 4 2022 and I want to submit to my health insurance company for reimbursement. The insurance company requires a tax ID number, a mailing address of the company. The sales agent at biomat health will not give me a tax ID number. I suspect this may be an illegal company or something.

      Bio plasma facility offers appointment in increments of five minutes however they will have people waiting in lines for more than two hours before even making it to a chair. They dont take into consideration that we have other things to do. Dont offer any kind of vouchers to compensate the inconvenience.

      I went to BioLife Plasma located at ********************************************************** and I had an appointment for 12:45 pm. I gave the lady my passport and my drivers license and she took me thru the verification steps. I told her that I forgot my social security card at home but I know the number and I do have my paystubs and my W2s on my phone but upon me looking at them I noticed that only the last four digits of my social is listed on them. I was told to sign a form that will have them verify my social thru their Lexus Nexis system and also my fingerprint was taken several times as well. After she kept putting in my social she kept disrespecting me. I know that its standard procedure to ask someone if they are a woman or a man and yes I know that there are people who are a part of the ***** community who are not born a man or a woman but they identify as that and thats not a problem but I told her that I am a female and I was born a female. If the lady would have just looked at my drivers license which she had in her possession it shows female on there and she can also look at me and tell that I am a female. She didnt believe me so I had to select my gender once again on the touchscreen computer. I feel very disrespected because i am telling you that I am a heterosexual woman and I have documentation showing that I am a woman and I am born a woman but you continue to insist that Im lying. Do you want to see my vagina? The next thing that happened is the lady called her hispanic colleague over to tell me that I failed in their system for my social but I am a US citizen and I am Born and raised in this country. Yes I have a passport and if anyone that has ever applied for a passport or drivers license would know that you have to take your social security card up there in order to get it. It seems like people dont have common sense and like to disrespect you. I will be suing BioLife plasma and I already contacted the news.
