      I drove 30mins and was denied after being 2 mins past my ***** and not compensated my gas when my new patient appointment allots a 2-3 hour window. Unreasonable and illogical. It is the Biolife In ******, ** And at that these people NEVER answer their phones. That needs to be addressed also. Try it for yourselves.

      I I don't need it and received $20 which was supposed to be 30 on the second donation I received 30 which was supposed to be 70 I called three times they claim their was a floor supervisor on shift he said that someone would call me I never received a call this is the ****** ***** location my experience has been very unprofessional and very rude employees

      I received an email that announced a fee of $30 for the 1st donation and $70 for the second. The email was specific and spelled out the terms that the 2 donations had to be done within the same week. At the bottom of the email it stated specifically "At (specific city )BioLife Center only This COUPON is intended only for (named person) it had MY NAME. I showed the clerk the email and she said that's not a bonus it just tells you what you will get when you donate weeky. She said that's our new regular donor pay scale. I tried to ask for clarification because the email was sent to me with my name and very specific dates. I'm assuming it's a bonus because it doesn't say otherwise in their email. She was rude as everyone that's employed now a days, stated she worked there for years and it's not a bonus its the regular donor fee. Waited 30 minutes (for the manager) had to leave to get my child from school. If she's right they need to train her on common courtesy and not always being so aggressive during customer service process. If she's wrong then they shouldn't make you feel like a psycho or a criminal for asking questions. False advertising SUCKS!

      I went to Biolife to donate plasma months ago (march) , but was differed due to having sleep apnea. After getting all of the documents filled out by doctors, I was finally able to start donating about 2 weeks ago. The problem is that when I first tried to donate the bonus for new donors was $1,000. By the time I was able to donate that bonus is now $800 for 8 donations in the first 30 days.I do not think it is acceptable I don't get that $200 when the reason I had to wait to donate was due to the business not myself.
