  I have been going to plasma centers for well over 10 years and must say that this specific location seems a little prejudice. When I first came here in December I was okay until the last visit and that's when I was told my pulse was too high and that I would have to go to their clinic to get my pulse and pressure reevaluated. After doing so when I returned before the 6 month time frame I was told that I would need a piece of mail with my address, which i must say is a first but I obliged. During that visit though something strange was said and it took me by surprise. But it was said that I had copped attitudes with multiple people there. Let me be the first to say that that was a bold faced lie from the old lady with glasses in there. I didn't want to have a conversation with her about anything because I am not a very talkative person with outsiders. I refuse to small talk about anything with anyone. But I didn't get into it with anyone at all but that was the first sign that these people looking for a reason to get under my skin. So let's fast forward today June 3rd 2025 l, almost 7 months since my last donation. I went in to see if the mail I had will work and was told by one member of the staff that it would considering there's an address. I don't get mail often so I had 2 pieces one from February and one from a couple weeks ago. When I went in to get the donation out of the way the same old lady with glasses got to talking about the address. Now I know no one has ever had anyone there just do a random address check and I have been to multiple in the state of Wisconsin as well as Chicago and have never encountered this lady but she gives off prejudice vibes. I'm tryna be patient but when someone keeps trying to get under my skin it gets very difficult to maintain patience. I know that she's getting her moves from someone above her since they already feel I have a attitude problem but I never said nothing to anyone there so this just seems premeditated. -10 rate

  Everyone is very nice and down to earth, but the ********* location is open every day, while the west side location is closed one day a week which makes the wait time at Greenwood ridiculous and they don't have enough people working to accommodate!

  The center in greenwood, Indiana placed me on a national deferral list and will not disclose why. I met with the nurse and she said she didn't have any information as to why, leaving me with no way to dispute it if the reason is unknow . How do they not know or have the information when they are the ones who applied it??Who can I contact to dispute this and get it lifted???

  Friendly staff, good money for the first month. However, making required appointments via their app is not helpful, as donors have to wait in 2 lines for screening and the actual donation. Inefficient. I lost patience with the wait times and stopped donating. Trying a nearby CDMA plasma center to see if the wait times are reduced. Suggest visiting very early on weekend mornings to reduce wait times.

  Terrible experience on a first-time visit. Spent 2 hours at the facility just to get to the chair and wait some more and have the employee tell me my veins on one side were really good but the other side needed to be "built up" so come back in 5 days. I got no compensation for that at all. I will never go back and would like my information scrubbed from your system.

  I'm a donor at the *************************. I donated yesterday at 1 pm. Short, I haven't received my fee from donating, going on 24 hours now. Never experienced this type of delay with any other plasma center, ever. Plus their employees ain't friendly, and seem disappointed to work there making it a uncomfortable feeling once you walk in the door. Too many inexperienced plasma processors, outdated machinery, no sense of urgency to process the collected plasma to pay people, because they always lead the bottle sitting on the counter until the end of the shift. Making people wait until 7:00 or 9:00 p.m. after closing to pay people because they only worried about getting out of there at a good amount of time.

  They said they needed some paperwork from my doctor before I could donate. I got the doctor to fill out the form and brought it back. A month later they contact me and say I'm approved. I go there and the receptionist said that whoever contacted me was wrong, and that before they even gave me the forms they had already decided not to approve me regardless of what the doctor said. If they had just said no at the beginning I would have understood. Even if they had fun making me get my doctor to fill out forms they had already decided not to use and then told me I was denied for whatever reason I would have at least thought I had been declined for that reason. But instead they chose to lie to me every step of the way.

  Newpointe WV location is extremely unprofessional, and they will team up against you for any reason they see fit. After returning from a multi-week deferral because an incompetent phleb gave me a hematoma (they blamed me for it). I returned to find I couldn't check in at the kiosk. Nurse takes me into the office and says there was a prior complaint that I "smelled bad"...so her and another nurse violated my personal space, and came to a mutual conclusion that I "smelled like garlic" and they have workers who are sensitive to garlic....What a joke...I've managed a total of ********************************************************************************************* away, if it's not endless documentation from my health care provider (which they never seem to receive), it's made up BS such as the aforementioned. Meanwhile they have workers who absolutely REEK of cigarette smoke (which I'm allergic to), not to mention no problem with donors who smell like smoke and *** crack...They obviously don't care about your plasma, or your time, at least at this location. It's a sham designed to take advantage of desperate folks who could use the extra money.

  Do NOT ever try to donate plasma here (*****). They can & do try every trick in the book to cheat you from getting paid. VERY rude treatment of donors. The "so called nurse" I had experience with was a JOKE.
