So tired of getting new employees who can NOT find a vein. I hate leaving with both arms bruised and beaten up. I was wondering why all the new kids are trying to fix their own mistakes... Over and over, 4 or 5 times. The regular employees with experience even get someone else to fix mistakes. Seriously terrified of the new employees. The front desk employees are always complaining about management micro managing. These ladies are all great, obviously with everyone quitting Fonddulac bioife the problems are with management. I won't be coming back. I can get beaten up and bruised at my factory job. The money isn't enough.

I love the people here!! They are so kind. I didn't feel well during my first donation and they were so understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all. They also helped me figure out what I could do to make my next donation better. Didn't have any problems after I did what they suggested. I highly recommend BioLife in ************.

Extremely painful. They put the needle in the right arm and could not get blood so they moved the needle up and down and side to side. Then they went to the left arm and could not find the vein. Very Painful!

The Biolife team has some audacity asking returning donors for THREE DIFFERENT FORMS of proof of address, when their workers couldn't give less of a hoot . For a measly chunk of change and no guarantee that we'll even be seen in a timely manner, I'd be sitting around with personal documents in an unsecure and unorganized lobby with broken fingerprint scanners waiting for permission to check in only to be told I'll need to be manually checked in because my appointment time passed. They don't have the range to be asking for such documents when they don't even confirm medical history. Anyone can answer anything on those questionnaires and there's no way to confirm until after the plasma has been tested and deemed safe. The lines are always long and the workers are always overwhelmed. At ALL ******* locations.

For someone who manages their bipolar disorder this company is a huge insult. Despite being on medications (none of which were listed as red flags) and seeing both a psychiatrist and psychologist on the regular (for over 5 years now), I was instantly rejected from donating. Again, this had nothing to do with my medications, none of which were on the rejection list. I was denied simply because I had a "psychiatric disorder" and I would continue to be blocked from donating until I had a form filled out by my healthcare provider (not myself). As if to add insult to injury, the form asks things like, if I can be trusted to give an accurate description of my medical history, if I am competent enough to understand the procedure and potential side effects, and if I have a legal guardian (I am a full grown adult woman). For those of you who have never donated before, I had spent *************************************************************************** confirm my medical history and my understanding of the procedure and it's side effects. Despite this, I was still asked to provide proof of my competency and ability to provide an accurate description of my medical history simply just because I am diagnosed bipolar. Proof that I could not provide for myself, proof that had to come from a doctor. My boyfriend, who has depression and takes meds (but, unlike me, does not see a psychologist or a psychiatrist regularly) was not asked about his "psychiatric disorder" and was still able to donate. They actually had more questions about his asthma then anything to do with his disorder!I was diagnosed as bipolar in 2019 and since then I have NEVER felt so discriminated against like I was here. Needless to say I will NOT have this form filled out as I will NOT be returning.

I had bad bruising on my arm as the result of a poorly skilled tech. I was deferred from donating because of the bruising on the last day of my promotional coupon, yet they refused to extend the coupon despite it being their fault I couldn't donate. I understand young workers need to start somewhere, but when their inexperience or lack of skill causes injury, the donor shouldn't be penalized. While donating, I also overheard workers talking about how short staffed they were, resulting in workers performing tasks they weren't signed off to do. Please think twice before donating.

The people who worked there are fantastic. However, they are understaffed to the point of ridiculousness. I came in for my third appointment. Only 3 people where do I g the check ins. One was already 2 hours over shift. Little bit later the 2nd persons shift was over. That left ONE person with at least 2 at computers, 8-9 people waiting for weigh in and blood check and at least 10 people waiting to donate. Person finally said its up to you but if you arent seated for donation by 830 you will have to reschedule. After waiting for 2 hours youre gonna have to reschedule. Fro The few times I have been there the fron end is understaffed. They need to hire more people or quit over booking at the intervals they are doing. Or stop the promotions once it reaches a max ****** of people. Sadly I am not willing to drive the 30 miles , wait 2 hours and then be turned away. Finding one closer to home
