      RACIST AND DISCRIMINATED FOR MY OTHER HALF TO DONATE LYING SAYING HE HAS TOO MUCH OR NOT ENOUGH WATER BUT THEY DO NOT ALLOW HIM BY LYING AND COMING UP WITH FALSE ACCUSATIONS BECAUSW THEY DO NOT WANT TO HANDLE A LOT OF PEOPLE THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS OR I WILL SUE FOR WRONGFUL DISCRIMINATION.

      Very long wait times. You can make an appointment every 5 min but only every 15 min someone leaves a bed. So if all who have an appointment show up you end up having long lines of 20-20 people waiting and no chairs to sit down.
      The water fountain does not work.
      I only donate because I have a personal cause to support but this place needs way better management which manage appointments better. It is very dysfunctional at this time. I am going to stop donating after waiting in line for a bed for 2 hours today.

      I have been donating for about 6 months at the ********** location. The facility is clean and professional and overall has been a pleasant experience. My last appt at ********** (9/9/24) was excellent. **** inserted the needle and I swear, I did not feel an iota of discomfort, not a thing! ****** was also very professional!! It was my quickest donation as I was in and out in less than an hour.

      Nurse in the ****************** is very nasty to the patients I was unable to donate plasma because because it wasn't on file that I got stuck in both arms at my last visit so she acted like it was my fault after explaining to her that I can tell her which employee stuck me the last time she said oh well they are not here right now so you can't donate how is that my fault then told me too have a nice day and slammed the door in my face very unprofessional and there doesn't seem to be anyone you can complain to so I guess this will also fall on deaf ears if you slam a door in a patient's face you should automatically be fired but nobody seems to care I'm sure I'm not the only one this woman has been mean to I wish I knew who to contact not only did I loose time this morning because you have to schedule a appointment before you go I also lost money it's seems they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake when in any business you should try to work with the customer I am very upset and disappointed in the way they handled this situation I hope this message reaches someone thanks.

      I had a first time appointment to donate plasma at the ************, ******* location last Sunday. I waited 3 hours just to get a physical. I was trying to make sure I stayed hydrated so I went out to my car and got a water bottle. When I walked back in from getting my bottle, **** informed me that I could no longer donate because I went outside and got a water bottle. I laid my name plaque and number down and walked out. Now, **** has banned me from donating. No one has returned my calls and they don't care about plasma donors. I have never seen anything like this place. The nurses talk and don't work. Please don't go here. The nurse, ****, called a black man an ape. They act like they're doing you a favor by acknowledging you're there!!

      I used to be a donor there, but when I tried to give them the paperwork, they would not accept it. I really feel like they should go out of business if they cannot be professional about Receiving paperwork Or keeping in contact, I asked for a call back as well to be able to keep in contact about my information, but they would never give me a direct answer.

      Horrible. I was 2 hours into the new donor process when they told me I couldn't donate because I donated blood 12 weeks ago. Their policy, allegedly, is 112 days. There is nothing on the website that states this. The wait time is 8 weeks. Would not recommend this place.

      Have trouble with this service I've been doing them for well over a year for the last year I have trouble with my promotions and coupon codes also I've been deferred a couple of times due to my tattoos which never affect my donation been trying to get them to contact me back for a year straight every week nobody will call me back nobody will email me back I have not received any of the coupons that are in my email they will not honor them they will not honor any coupons on their website itself why offer if you will not honor anything.

      I have given plasma 3 times and still have not received my card. Considering where they mail the card from and where I live, I should have received it two days after they sent it. It has been over a month and I still don't have it.

      I've been coming here for a handful of times now, and all I can say is yes, the staff are polite and respectful, but that's not why I gave the low rating! This Biolife is a joke of a business! They legit have you / force you to schedule a non-existent appointment. I say non-existent due to they do not honor any appointment! It is a waste of your time! They do not respect your time nor your comments about how they have 6 computers and two staff running them along with assisting a front desk spot so you wait longer than anyone should have to! I planned on donating more overtime and decided to walk away as they do not value your time as a donor! If you make an appointment, you all should honor it, not make someone wait an extra 3 hours! I had an appointment for 8:40am and showed up at 8:15am, and of course, the computer forces you to wait until 8:30 to actually sign in for your appointment time. Once done, you are forced to wait in line for an hour with, like I said, 2 staff to check people in and take vitals! Utter joke! Then, after vitals, you wait in another line to actually donate... If my appointment is at 8:40am, it should be honored like everyone else's other do. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional to legit force anyone to make an appointment that is 110% not honored as everyone in line said they to were ****** and weren't donating anymore after the consistency of bs that no appointment is honored! You all want plasma so bad but can't even keep an appointment, let alone have enough staff to check anyone in and take plasma! Not worth a promotion nor 50 to 60 bucks per donation thereafter!
