    In June this year I was charged a yearly renewal fee of ****** for their 360 Internet protection plan. I cannot afford this now so tried, in vain, for several consecutive days to obtain any source of contact to customer support, as they have a 60 day money back guarantee if, for any reason, you are charged your yearly then you can cancel and get full refund.I later learned that hundreds of others experienced this same problem during that time. So, I contacted my credit card company, ************ and opened up a dispute with them and I was refunded through them my charge. In just a few short days the charge appeared again on my account. In the meantime, another service I had with them was charged for *****. I was able to contact customer service this time through phone and was given a case # for closing my account. The charge disappeared on my CC account but then later reappeared again. So, at that time, I am back at ******** with almost $200 against my account. I contacted *********** and sent them paperwork trying to prove to them that I had properly tried to cancel both accounts. One such item of paperwork was a copy of their guarantee of the refund if cancelled within 60 days and another was a copy of my account page showing both services as cancelled. As a result I was refunded the ***** charge but the one for ****** is still outstanding.However, now I cannot access my account to show where I had cancelled. A week has passed and they have still not, as I had hoped, refunded the ****** charge.
