I have ****************** because I was a state public servant. I already received a million calls from them. Last correspondence with the rep was if I sent her my benefit letter the case would be closed. Yesterday I received a letter from the *** stating all dealing with my *** disability would go through Allsup. I did not agree nor want this. I have been on the phone or chat 5 hours trying to get someone to talk with me besides customer service. They only indicated they will call me back sometime this week. *** thinks it is strange as do I. *********** never did any work for me.

I was told by my long term disability insurance company that they work with this company to help me thru my SS process which I already started on my own. I called them and the agent I spoke to advised that they received my file and was going to reach out to me about my case. She then looked into my records, and was like... Oh wait, we cant accept you due to certain factors. I asked verbatim... What factors? Its my right to know since your talking about me. She said certain criterias. I said I need more details. She said because your age, and your going to be out of work for a year. I said to her that you have no idea about my age vs. disability, and you have no idea about me not going back to work. I asked her, your supposed to be the ones to help people try to go back to work with the SS protection thats what your there for. I said to her, that's very very discriminatory. I advised that I would be filing greivance, and would be contacting my claims manager at my Long term because they are aware of my health issues that go beyond "just my age as a factor of denying my case, and not helping me at all trying to help me." How awful!! Discrimination.......

I am rejecting this response because: ************ wrote the BBB and said that they were going to reach out to me directly.  However, that was not the case.  I never received any notification from them other than the same generic response they sent back to the BBB.  The *** that was sent over does not even have my name in the letter and it does not even have anything to do with my situation personally.  They are trying to explain the company history.  We don't need that myself nor the BBB, what is needed is justice.  Justice meaning you do the right thing, and help those in need.  You don't act out with a fake face, or offer faith in the beginning and then turn your back and think its okay.  Its not.  You really need to get to know your individuals, and don't send a generic letter to them.  ************ is a joke, and you say you help nearly 400K in this situation.  I dont think its true, I think you may lead them to false promises and then you find out that someone is disabled, and lie.  You all must operate on fake funds.  If you say your helping the veterans how come there's so many that need help you can't help them... Probably because, they dont meet "your fake criteria's" like you told me.  If you want this case to close, then you may want address me by name in a letter and you may want to address me in a phone call.  I think that's only appropriate, as I read your generic letter that you send I am sure to everyone.

    Sincerely,

This morning I was searching on the Social Security Administration's website looking for "ticket to work" program. Allsup showed up. It "appeared" that this company is approved to be used for the *** program. I clicked on that link and gave my name and number. They called me, and talked me into going ahead with the program. She sent me an email with a link to a form for me to enter my SSN and to "SIGN" it. As soon as pressed submit, the entire document was gone. I asked for a copy of the document I just signed but rep informed that she would email me a copy and send it to me in regular mail. Never received anything from her (****, which I'm sure isn't her real name). I decided to look up reviews for this company and found all of these on BBB! She was telling me that I could be making $15-$18 an hour. Never told me how much of this money THEY would be taking AND never informed me that they would be taking ANY of MY money. I have sent multiple emails to them requesting to be removed from their program. I will NOT use them. What a pathetic company that SSA supposedly approved. I want them to remove me from their program. I do not with to use their "services", whatever they may be.

Persistant robocalls reminding me I am disabled - repeated mail contact reminding me I am disabled- I have blocked them in the mornings so they call from a different number in the afternoon-I block them in the afternoon so they call from a different number in the evening- I have called and demanded these contacts stop- they persist by saying they are not trying to reming me I am diasbled they are offering me a chance to go back to work. I have to live with my disability on a daily basis, I have to live with the fact I cannot return to my career of 40 years that I loved and miss. The mental anguish the repeated and avoidable reminders cause is making it difficult to deal not only with life but the prospect of death as I am in treatment for advanced cancer. I advised them on 1/18/2024 I will seek legal action if this gross negligence continues.

They offered their services and as soon as they got their money they have treated the client poorly. They are condescending. No-one listens, no one returns calls and the only person they will allow you to speak with is Kim and she is rude, abrasive and does not listen. They sold a dream and delivered a nightmare. I am very ill and need surgery and they are of no assistance. The SSI office stated they are able to help me but they just treat me like trash and others need to be aware that this service is only for their financial gain and not to help the clients.

This is a nuisance issue not a medical issue, and as such no medical information should be provided.

Repeated robocalls from ALLSUP ************. Three examples are October 5 @ 1256pm, September 15 @ 1:08pm and September 26 @ 12:49pm. Recorded voicemails were left each time. The recording is threatening in that as someone who is MINE, it makes you fear SSDI benefits are being revoked. Additionally it certainly doesn’t help with your health and can even hinder it at times. The company has been repeatedly reported to the BBB for this exact issue and this phone number is distinguished as a robocall/spam when googled.

In their responses to BBB ALLSUP states that Social Security Administration has approved them as an authorized-Employment Network and as a service provider in the Ticket to Work program; authorized to contact beneficiaries by telephone and mail to inform them about the free benefits of this program. Be that as it may, their robocalls are unwelcome, worded inappropriately, and do NOT offer a callback number to have their information removed (as they’ve also stated).

Transcript of voicemail “We at ALLSUP have specialized in SSDI assistance for over 35 years and are here to help you free of charge press zero to speak to a return to work expert press two if you are not interested right now…”
