    I started with Allsup in April of 2022. Now it is October and have been waiting for a week to talk to a supervisor. Allsup has wait times over 100 minutes and takes days to return a call, only to find out that it is a regular call taker sitting in their living room and unable to reach a supervisor. I was notified about a doctors appointment next month, but the date is on a Sunday???? I am trying to get clarification, but they do not respond!!!!!

    375,000 people to receive their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI),
    Medicare, and veterans disability benefits.
    Please understand
    that due to the confidential relationship that exists between Allsup and our
    customers, we are unable to release any information to the Better Business
    Bureau. To assist with this complaint, an Allsup specialist spoke with the
    individual to address and resolve their concerns on Oct. 14, 2022.

    Bureau. To assist with this complaint, Allsup has sent a letter with additional
    details and clarification regarding the next steps with their claim (as of Oct.
    28) to this individual, using their address on file.
    In addition, the
    letter contains the direct contact information – phone and email address – for
    their case representative. The individual is welcome to reach out at any time
    with questions, and their case representative generally responds that same day
    or within the next business day. We have taken these steps to assist with
    communication and appreciate the opportunity to assist in resolving the
    individual’s concerns.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    There is no information needed to provide numbers to direct people. The one 800 number that they provide is one of the largest problems of this company and not responding for days.
