1 starI would not advise or refer anyone to Allsup. Besides being disabled, my experience with Allsup just compounded my misery. Authorizations lapsed, medical information omitted in submission, almost no communication, only via their app for you to input ALL medical information. Only automated responses to email. And disrespected verbally until my "advocate" was changed because her supervisor was listening to the call. 35+ years of nursing and when I trusted Allsup to help me they agreed, but didn't comply. Get yourself a lawyer or do it yourself.Review fromJames T

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My employer ended my employment because of my disability if not for Allsup helping me I would have lost everything. From the initial conversations to the final result nothing but courtesy and patience with all my questions. They are in your corner from start to finish. Thank you all.

I've had nothing but problems with the company, my **** communication, the *** has some attitude. they told me they are my lawyer, they are not a lawyer, they are a legal ***. the company is NOT responsible. the phone system is some kind of run around, i ask for a manager to call me they have the legal *** call me, I did not want confrontation with the *** but the company does not do what they say. they are very argumentative. do not want to help, most people who answer the phone are combative, its frustrating to be disabled, in pain, and they have no empathy. they are very frustrating to deal with i cannot get answers I only get heartache and pain. I'd never use them again if i were to start over.Allsup, LLC

Allsup might help people get benefits,but their employment operation is a scam ,you find your own job ; while the government is paying them,cs workers never contact with job leads you can go to the unemployment office for this treatment.****** l ***** (********)Allsup, LLC

I'm glad I didn't have to pay them, they are worthless. All they did was to tell me what i already knew and took care of they did nothing. My claim was denied and instead of appealing they just closed the accountAllsup, LLC

My VA journey was a long arduous process that took years of back and forth. I could never have won by myself as the system is stacked against those of us who signed a blank check with our lives to protect this great nation. Thank you ***** for making the process a lot less daunting and painful. No appointments and long lines at the SS office! I appreciate the updates on progress of my claim. You are bugging them for me.The ***** interface porthole was easy to navigate especially with the look up feature. The stop and save made it easy to take breaks. I needed some questions answered by an Allsup *** whom is name was ***** . There was a waiting time before I was able to speak with an associate . The associates name was ***** he greeted me so kind and friendly with a great personality ! I totally didnt mind the wait after I spoke with this associate *****! I give him the associate of the year in my book as *** had great customer service **** but again ***** was outstanding ! I even asked if I were to call back would I be able to ask for him ! I would if this were my company promote this associate! Ive been in management for many years and wish I would have had ***** working for me ! Because of Chase *** def promote Allsup to other people for sure ! Dont loose him hes an asset to your Company ! Thanks again *****. !!!!!!Allsup, LLC
