    Wonderful customer service. I stopped working for a condition, call Allsup, they set me up with a doctor's ************ and Bam! 3 weeks later an approval letter from Social Security. They are awesome.

    I had a very good experience with Allsup. The process is very long and mind numbing. Allsup kept me aware of what was going to happen and what I needed to do. It's aggravating and scary. It took 2 years but we got it done.

    I was referred to AllsUp by the *********** ***********************. During my wait for a Liver Transplant and becoming disabled from working. I contacted AllsUp and received excellent service towards getting my disability payments started. I have referred numerous friends and family to them. Some were helped and others did not qualify. I think they provide a wealth of knowledge for applying for benefits. 5 Stars from my end and through my experience. Thank you AllsUp for your service. I hope yall get some better reviews moving forward.

    ZERO, ZERO, ZERO stars is the rating I give Allsup, LLC. I have provided ALL required documents after being injured February 2020 and my case was denied with Allsup's assistance ( in 2020). My case was appealed and has been in the Hearing stage since July 2022. It's now April 2023 and STILL NO PROGRESS!!! Thanks to *** STANDARD for referring Allsup which is being used by MDCPS. Based on my case, this is NOT assistance!!!

    I just had a case with ALLSUP in which the Judge had denied my case. Both ALLSUP and my lawyer did not turn in new information for the Appeal Review. A letter was sent to him on February 2, 2023, asking him to respond with in 25 days, if we had new information. He missed the date line. I the middle of March I called him and asked him about the appeal and adding new information to the case, but he told me he could not do it. On March 29, 2023, I was reading over the letter sent to both of us and it clearly stated if we had new information we could add it. I called him early March to let him know I wanted to appeal. I did not get a call back until March 27, 2023. I am a retired police officer with 25 years in that type of work. and 29 years in the military. A lot of the phone calls was me calling him, not him calling me. ALLSUP personnel called me on April 5, 2023, trying to cover up the mistake that both ALLSUP and Mr. **** made in reference to my case. I lost about 30 months of back pay. ALLSUP did not keep their end of the bargain. Plus, I called on March 30, 2023, and I was told someone would call within 24 to 48 hours, but that didn't happen. This company has a responsibility to ensure that the cases they are responsible for are handle right. Their service to other should be a priority.

    If ALLSUP was concern about the success of anyone's case they would have not just all right miss two very important days when it came to my case. I lost 28 months of back pay, because of there lack to detail. Once again the lawyer was called by me twice, about checking on my paperwork. He didn't keep up with what was going on with my case. The day of my hearing with the Judge was when he provided her with my medical records. He never ensures that the VA ******** had sent my records to the Judge. When he did response to the Judge he spelled my name wrong. The Judge had a job that I could do on her paperwork, but I have no experience in the field that her stated I could do. The lawyer never addressed that issue. My medical records where not used fully doing my case. Two deadlines were missed. There is no excuse for a company like this to just mess up a case like this.

    Good day, I just find out thru ****** ***** office in ******** that my case was still active, so I filed an appeal on my own. Once again ALLSUP and the lawyer they assigned to me did not do their job.

    I have a screenshot where ALLSUP had placed in my account where the case was close, but a lawyer from another company had told me he wouldn't be able to assist me because he wouldn't have time to prepare before May 28, 2023.

    I feel like nothing is being done in my case. I receive a different answer every time I call. March 16th is a year since I filed my re-appeal and a year and half since I filed my case. I keep getting the same run around with she has it to call within the next week for an update. That supposedly gets done but she never speaks to anyone. I dont even know if additional information is needed. Are we talking 6 more months? A year? I pay 850 a month in health insurance. I was told my file was flagged rush and still nothing. No one can help me. Im having to live off of retirement money. How am I supposed to survive once that money is gone. I have no spouse. I have no one to take care of me but me. I need help and I need it fast.
