I swithed to ******* wireless in November of 2024 when i switched i was iffered an x-box bundle as long as i kept my wifi for 90 days after the 90 days i called to inquire about my package i was informed that i didnt sign up for that promo and was told i signed up for *******. I already pay for ******* why would i sign up again i was promised an x-box bundle and i want what i signed up for...When i call (about 4-5 times) i get a runaround i just want what was promised sounds like bait and switchInitial Complaint

The location located at ************************************************* is committing mass amounts of fraud. The location seems to always have a new manager running the store yet with the same agenda. They will Bundle extra lines within your plan and tell you it will be x amount each month. What they are doing is not telling you that they are adding extra lines within your monthly quote. Me and multiple family member's of mine have been involved in numerous amounts of fraud against us at this location. Back in beginning of 2023 we had shopped at this location and started our service. When we started we activated 2 lines 55+. It wasnt until our first bill we noticed SyncUp Trackers were thrown onto our account without and product to show for it. Once I arrived back to confront them of this situation the Lady ****** became very confrontational. She demanded I leave the store and never return. She referred me to ******** care to solve my issues. I have a sales receipt that shows I paid the sales tax for a product never received. My grandson decided to start service in the earlier part of 2024 and after a few bills missed a payment. When he called to restore the service they wanted $60 restore charges to reinstate his service! They stated its $20 for each line on the account. When he asked why it was $60 since he only had one line they advised him that he also had 2 500mb Mobile hotspot lines on the account. He never asked for these lines. The lines had zero usage. He had went into a different location and the location advised him that the location he had went to is known for fraud. That location in ************* issued him a credit for the restore fee but also advised we contact the BBB. We have not reached out to TCC wireless. Next step is legal action.Business Response

This customer has not contacted us or allowed us the opportunity to resolve their complaint (and state as such within their complaint- "We have not reached out to TCC Wireless").

I went in to upgrade my cell phone and the employee working there took my old phone. He never informed ******** corporate that he took my phone. I have been getting charged the $50 per month lease fee for the old phone. I have spoken with the manager of the store several times and have been told that there was nothing he could do.Business Response

In looking into this transaction- the customer upgraded this device on 4/20/23 and shows no usage or billing for service after 4/19/23. If the customer owed money on his device while trading it in, the customer is liable for any outstanding balance for the lease on the device. Trading in the device does not resolve the funds that are still due on a lease (which seems to be the confusion).Initial Complaint

I was employeed with TCC Wireless from January 2021-March 2022. They have repeatedly deposited money in my bank account just to withdrawal it more than 24 hours later with no notice. Their HR department and payroll department clearly do not know what's going on inside of their departments and do not know how to properly do their jobs as well. I have not given TCC Wireless authorization to my bank account besides the 6 month **** of my leaving, in any way shape or form. I have not spoken to any individuals in the company since I have left about anything that is going on, and I am incredibly frustrated that they can get away with having s***** management and team leadership. Hello-
This complaint is from a former employee regarding a payroll issue/error, and is not a result of a consumer complaint regarding business practices.
**************** has contacted our internal payroll department and was made aware of the error.
**************** is understandably upset that the error occurred, however- the issue that the former employee is referring to is a systemic payroll issue that resulted in her receiving wages that she had not earned nor was she entitled to receive.
The erroneous deposit was reversed the same day it was made.
The compensation that the former employee is seeking, is for fees that she incurred by spending the funds that she had not earned nor was she entitled to receive. **************** incurred fees as a result of her bank account being overdrafted because she chose to spend these funds.
Again, this issue seems to not be in scope of the BBB, however we would like to ensure that the response has been notated and would encourage **************** to contact our Payroll or ******************************* if she has any further questions.

The fraud occurred at TCC Wireless LLC ******** location in ****** at *************. I was attempting to setup wireless service with ******** through this branch. They told me I had to get 3 lines when I only needed 2. After they took my credit card payment they claimed that their network went down and couldn't process anymore. They wouldn't even give me a printed receipt and said I would receive an email. I never did. I was also attempting to purchase a phone and said that I could only purchase it outright and not on a payment plan which allows you to receive a high value trade-in for your old device. They said I had to go to a different ******** store to get everything setup. I argued that it wasn't fair for the other ******** store to have to do all the work while you receive all the activation credits. I said I just wanted to cancel this because it was extremely shady. They then again said their system was down and could not do that. I had no choice but to go to the other ******** store where they said that the Elburn location was sending tons of people there doing the same thing. They rack up activations and then provide no service. They said they could not help because the other location did not provide a receipt. I then went back to the Elburn branch and let them know my frustration with their theft and demanded a refund. They laughed at me and said there was nothing they could do.Business Response
