EMVLP, LLC has had the servicing rights on my ***** **** Loan for years. On February 14, 2025 I made a payment on my loan through their call center and it was never processed. Apparently the servicing rights to the loan had been sold to a company called **** effective February 28, 2025. I found out several months later in June 2025 that the payment was never processed, the account was reported 30 days late to the credit bureau by EMVLP for the January payment. It was reported to Experian and Equifax. I have since contacted **** and EMVLP, made the payment that was never processed and asked them to correct the credit reports. Both companies are also currently reporting the loan as actively serviced by them with a balance due which ALSO violates FCRA. I have tried repeatedly to contact anyone at the company and have had no success
