We acknowledge that Mr.  Brownsfeld graduates with us and received his CDL-A through our teaching and program and paid $4250.

When she requested a copy of 1098T form, we sent her the form with all the correct information, as we did with all students who request it.

We have fulfilled our role in helping Mr.  **************; receive his CDL-A with contracted amount of $4250.

Whether she will receive a tax credit from the **** is a matter of the *** and her accountant who files her taxes.  The *** number has not changed over 10 years since we have been in business.

We have tried to explain this to Mrs. ********** on many occasions through multiple conversations on phone.

We would be happy to explain this again to her as well as the BBB.

    Thank you,
