    I purchased a washer/dryer set from Beko. The control board failed. I called Beko to honor their warranty and provided proof of purchase and a copy of the Owner's manual indicating the warranty on the parts. The customer service person said it was warranteed in writing in an email. I paid for the parts and the labor. After chasing them for more than 7 months, they still haven't paid for the parts! This company does not honor their written warranty.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a fridge/freezer for a new build and the ice maker broke within the first two weeks of being installed. It was repaired, broke again, and now the part is indefinitely backordered. Beko refuses to warranty it out and is mandating that the retailer we purchased from continue to send their repair-person our to fix it. This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I would NEVER purchase from BEKO again and would NEVER recommend this brand to anyone. Complete garbage, completely useless customer service. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

    NO NO NO. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THIS COMPANY MAKES. Bought a 2000 dollar fridge that broke within 4 months. Ice maker won't make ice and the fridge and freezer is not cooling at the right temperature. Sent out service 5x. Still not fixed. I have been without a fridge for over a month. They still have not fixed it nor replaced it. They just don't care.

    I believe the company is going out of business and pulling out of the US. They are shutting down the dealer network, as well as the service network, not paying service claims. No longer RA'ing products. If, no wait, when your appliance breaks you are left with a non working appliance. They have laid off all their workforce and running on a skeleton crew. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    I will NEVER purchase a BEKO Product. I owned a BEKO dishwasher. I had one that within 9 months of receiving it it broke down several times. I finally talked them into letting me exchange the dishwasher for a new BEKO dishwasher wondering if I just got a lemon. I have had it for one year and I have already had to have it serviced twice. I have been out of a dishwasher for a month now because I have a another leak and getting replacement parts takes longer than needed. I have tried to ask for money back to purchase a new dishwasher from a different company but they will not honor the two year warranty. They will not give me my money back. They want me to see if it can be fixed. I don't care if it can be fixed because I know it will happen again. It is very frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM BEKO!

    We bought a new dishwasher from these people and it broke the second time we tried to run it. They won't replace it. they will only send out a "service representative" to repair it or send recommendations back to the manufacturer. This is truly a shyster company. My husband is a notorious ****************** and would not buy a Bosch, which I had wanted. This is what we get.

    Don't buy a stove from this company! In the short time I have owned my stove, it has required several repairs, the earliest of which occurred just a few months after getting it. My oven has been inoperable for 4 months now and the parts to fix it are on backorder. The company has been no help as to providing information on when those parts will be available. They keep promising dates but then those dates keep getting pushed farther and farther out. The customer service is poor. Buyer beware!

    Bought Beko refrigerator from ******************* in Nov 2021. Called them in April 2022 for repairs for a broken ice maker ( came damaged) and loud rattling noise which I think is coming from the compressor. I was directed to **************. The fridge is making loud rattling sound randomly which lasts for 3-5 seconds. **** and ************** refuse to send any technician unless I can provide them a recording of the sound. It is already mid October 2022 and nothing has been done. Dont expect any warranty service from this company!!!!!
