I had placed an online order and they sent only one item and on the packing list it did not include two of my other items. I messaged and emailed back and zero response so I ended up calling the following morning. The lady I had spoke to expedited the missing items. To this day, I have still not received my missing items. I called them and they said the expedited day was Wednesday and it came and went and still nothing. *** called yet again and they still proceeded to tell me it was in transit and still nothing has been received. Ulta still has not made this right and I am still without the product ordered and the money was never refunded nor did the manager or anyone follow up on this. After this gets resolved, if it does this is an account that will be closed and I will never shop there again. They are crooks in my opinion. I had been a long time customer and up until now had never received such horrible service.ULTA Beauty

I purchased items from Ulta Beauty online. These items were never delivered, and showed delivery delayed. 12 days after, the order shows delivered on original date, what a shame! In between and still, I have messaged, chatted, emailed, called customer service with absolutely NO resolution, no refund. Obviously the delivery company lost the package or is scamming and I have been charge for items NOT received. It's literally the only company I have delt with that handles non deliveries and customer service so poorly. 16 days later and still they are saying wait for a call back. I have video cameras covering my property and no delivery, no refund, no supervisors available, no phone number or contact information for these elusive supervisors or corporate office can be provided, and the same repetitive customer service rep saying sorry, wait.ULTA Beauty

I was so excited to find a salon that I would be able to go to on the weekend. I had problems with the scheduling. I received a text stating if I did not confirm my appointment, it would be cancelled. I confirmed it via text. Then I received another message the next day saying it was cancelled even though I did what was asked and did confirm it the day prior. I tried calling and it was very difficult to reach someone before work and on some of my breaks. I finally reached someone and confirmed my appointment but then received another text the next day it was cancelled again. This happened about 3 times. I went to the cancelled appointment. This last weekend, my appointment was Sunday at 5:00. I was looking forward to my appointment. I was a bit upset still from my last appointment stressful situation and not to mention my last appointment for a short haircut and fill in hair color was almost $200. I asked why, the stylist told me she was a master stylist so it cost more. This was during my haircut. But back to this appointment Sunday, I never received a text until 3:15 or so that my appointment was cancelled. I was so frustrated because I waited all weekend. Of course when I call, I cannot reach anyone so I walked in around 3:30. The same stylist was there. I asked why I received the text cancelling my appointment. She said because I don't answer the phone calls to confirm my appointment. I told her I never received a call. I told her s can hear my voicemails. I didn't receive any calls form any phone numbers. I only received that last minute cancellation text. I left, I was lucky to go somewhere else the same day, less expensive, way nicer customer service and I finally got the haircut I asked them for the last 2 times and never got the haircut at Ulta that I really wanted. Thank goodness for this bad experience so I could find a stylist and company I likes better.ULTA Beauty

Ulta has committed FRUAD! On Sep 15, 2023 I placed an online order and it was delivered to my neighborhood mailbox over the weekend. I did not receive the package, as stated placed in mailbox. I called ULTA customer service and they told me to wait a week and call again. I called 10 days later and gave me the run around that the package was delivered to the mailbox and theyd check with ***** I called 5 days later and asked to speak to a supervisor, since customer service was useless. I stayed on hold for almost an hour and customer service was not able to locate a supervisor to speak to. After 25 days, ULTA REFUSES TO HAVE MY ORDER RESHIPPED OR CREDITED ME BACK THE ** HASE AMOUNT. I have sent *********************************************** and also called ULTA a 4th time and I can not speak to a supervisor. ULTA HAS COMMITTED CUSTOMER FRUAD! There are other complaints online of ULTA TREATING CUSTOMERS IN THE SAME MANNER REFUSING TO RESHIPMENT OR CREDIT BACK THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. ULTA IS FRUAD!ULTA Beauty

I placed an order for almost $200.00 through the app. At the time, there was a free 23 piece gift set with a purchase of 150 or more, plus a 10 percent off offer. Neither was applied to my order. I called multiple times and finally received the 10 percent discount, but was told that they absolutely could not send me the 23 piece gift set. I have spent thousands at this store, and I do not understand why they couldn't have simply put the gift set in the mail as soon as they realized it wasn't included in my bag.ULTA Beauty

I wish I could leave no stars! I made a purchase at Ulta for $102.70 and the next day I returned the entire purchase. Two weeks later and I still havent received my money back. I contacted the store and they directed me to the main office. I dealt with pure stupidity at the main office only to be told that the refund was processed but not to the card that made the purchase. I received a call from the even more stupid store manager who informed me that the refund went back to a card number that does not belong to me. I informed her that it isnt my card and she basically called me a liar. She said the card was tapped for both the purchase and refund but my card is an EDD card and has no ability to be tapped for payment. The manager, ****, was worthless and rude. Anytime I pointed out that what she was telling me contradicts what the main office said, she told me that the main office doesnt have a clue what theyre talking about because they dont work in the store. Yet, her store directed me to the main office. I am now out $102.70 and some random person came up on my refund while fat **** is patting herself on the back thinking she is a good manager. I contacted my bank but they cant do anything since the refund didnt go to my card. I will never step foot in Ulta again and I hope they go out of business sooner than later.ULTA Beauty

Here it goes ya'll......If I could give you a ZERO on ****** Reviews I would. Today was the 1st and last time I will EVER shop at ULTA. For my birthday I received several gift cards for your store. I attempted to place an order, but your system or policy does not allow for more than 1 gift card purchase per transaction. Why? Who decided this? So I was forced to do separate orders to use my cards.Order #1, went through just fine. Order#2, you charged my bank card and my gift card but did not process my order. So I have to call (3 times I might add) to speak to one of your home-bound customer service agents who basically could not be of assistance. So not only did I have to place more than 1 order, and call more than 1 time, but I am told now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the $ to return to my bank and to my gift card??? I needed my products today, not 3 to 5 business days from now. You guys have completely ruined my birthday and given me the worst experience I have ever had. I have NEVER had to do more than 1 transaction for any store to use THEIR gift card! This is ridiculous, a waste of time and energy, and in the end, nothing will change because you are a BIG company, and I am a il person whose $250 does not mean anything to your billion-dollar industry. Ulta wont let me check out and is giving me the M1 error code no matter what I do. Ive tried checking out via the app, online on a web browser, trying multiple payment methods and nothing works. The items I need are online exclusives and yet you wont let me order online. Also, my ***** worth of points are showing a value of $0. Why do you have multiple issues with your website and app? I would make it a zero. Got an Ulta Credit card I use it and when I do I pay it off on time all in full all at once usually not even a week later because I build my credit that way. But it seems like every other time I go to use the card it shut off or suspended because they want to reverify security info like have me email my dl, ss card, and a copy of a bill or bank statement with my address. I have never had to go through anyhassle like this with any other cards. When you call for help and support the call center staff is rude and don't tell you anything and when you start to ask any questions they go I don't know what to tell you your cards suspended for security concerns I can't hive you anymore information and if your going to keep asking questions I can't answer I'm going to disconnect the call there's nothing I can do wait for your letter in the mail. Now I'm realizing getting this card was a huge mistake everyone told me not to get store specific cards, but dumb me was like oh we love ulta if it's just the one card and it'll help my credit. Wrong if you don't have it don't do it don't get this card it's a joke. I can't even cancel it now if I wanted to because I don't want to take that hit to my credit. Please please please I'm advising you do not get n ulta card I don't care if you shop there every day and spend thousands of dollars there use a different card to pay. You still get your rewards points regardless weather you got the card or not. I was just going to make an $800 purchase not now I'm not. I'm going to go look on Sophora and Yankee candle for my stuff thank for nothing Ulta joke of a card.ULTA Beauty
