  Very unprofessional and they don't get back to you. Last Saturday March 7th, ******* and ******* both requested i email them my most current pay stubs and my w2s from last year. I did that and ******* assured me I would receive a call back. After numerous emails to ******* and messages left for ******* I have not had 1 response back. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They don't act professional at all and just blow people off. I guess my business didn't matter to them!!

  Previously purchased 2 cars from here and had great service. My daughter went to purchase a car from here, after some back and forth, they came about a deal paperwork comes, and my daughter a fresh 18 year old, with not much credit history, but still pulling a 770 credit score, has me with her for some down payment assistance. What do you know as soon as I leave happens a week later my daughter calls me- hey mom, my papers say my car payments due in like 2 weeks, we go up there, they tell ** dont worry about it, its June 1st. We get a hold of the loan servicer, to get an account number so my daughter can access the portal, and what do ya know, car payments due in 5 days! She calls the the salesman, I yell, not his fault he was misinformed, but I tell him *** should be making her first payment for the miscommunication, he calls back, they dont care and hang up. Amazing how customer friendly they are. Trade in numbers were wrong, down payment wasnt right because Im the one who paid it, and the interest rate she was charged you wouldve thought her credit score was a 310, yes my daughter shouldve paid more attention but on top of it, for the salesman to tell my kid to call the loan company and explain to them that she just put all her money to get this car etc. Why should she lie to them when youre the one who lied? Its not her? But hey as long as you got that commission in your pocket, and another cars off the lot right. I have 2 more kids about to drive one in June and one in December and twins shortly after, and I dont care if theyre selling cars for $5, I will make sure not a single one of my next cars comes off their lot, Id rather pay 10 times more for loyalty and honesty than deal with the c*** show and lies that I encountered these past few weeks

  Do not go there! ***** ************** are pure incompetent and crooks. I gave them all all infos, asked to check if deal was feasible, they say said yes and could maybe do better. I drove 2hours for them to give me an offer $15k over what was discussed totally unacceptable.
