    Business Response

    Good morning MSG ********,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have discussed this complaint with the Claims Adjuster assigned to your shipment - and she will be in contact with you shortly to address the rebuttal that was sent to our office on 3/5/2024. I have asked her to copy me in on her reply - that way, you have my direct contact information. Once you receive and review the update, I would suggest that you accept the items you are in agreement and transfer the other items to the MCO if you believe we erred - both actions need to be completed in DPS. This way, we can pay you for the items we are in agreement with and the others can be handled directly between you and the government.

Thanks again, and we will be in contact shortly.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is will work in the mean time, even if it is not the most optimal solution for a military family.

    Sincerely,

Since August 2022 to present day, I have experienced a complete lack of support from National Claims Services **** They were tasked to oversee the deficiencies of the National ************* and the difficulties it had caused due to lack of communication when handling my shipment. Mr. ************************ the claims adjuster, failed to communicate the courses of action available (and not) due to the failed delivery of my shipment. He then started to under-mind the consequences my family and I had to endure due to being without any communication or shipment for 3 weeks past the original delivery date. ****************** seems to be unmoved about the military lifestyle and frustration of ensuring all shipments make in the scheduled time to allow us to start living in a full household.
