    The date of the transaction is 4/2/25 We needed to have our vehicle towed from our home, as it wasnt starting. We called our insurance company, ***********, who is contracted with *****. Agero dispatched MTR (Tarifi) to our home. They towed the vehicle. My wife, ***** ********, witnessed the driver (*******, not sure of his last name) improperly hook the vehicle up, which caused the wheel to turn turn very sharply. After the tow, the mechanic informed us that the vehicle needed a new starter. I went to pickup the vehicle from the mechanic the following day after the starter was replaced. The vehicle was undriveable. The wheel only turned with great effort and made a hissing sound. This problem was not present before the tow (I had driven the vehicle without issue on 4/1.). The mechanic informed us that the steering gear assembly was severely damaged. I contacted MTR towing and discussed the situation with the manager. He then spoke to the driver and claimed he did nothing wrong. I then contacted ***** and filed a claim. I provided the a video of the discussion with our mechanic and showing the damage done under the vehicle. I provided a receipt that shows the steering assembly was replaced in 2023 by *********. This part is supposed to last ******* miles or more. The car was only driven 8000 miles since the repair. I also provided an estimate of the damages and cost of the rental car, amounting to $1758.01 Our claim was denied. ***** stated there wasnt enough evidence to support our claim. Theres nothing more we could have provided, as the damage that occurred was under the vehicle. Pictures of the exterior are pointless. We are asking to recover the cost of the damage and car rental. This is an F rated company and clearly are not doing business in good faith. Also, youre asking for supporting evidence below but theres no way to send the videos as they are too large. Ive sent the receipt from 2023 and the estimate for recent damage. Thanks

    They damaged my car during a tow. I have called several times, the young lady who answers the phone, Georgia refused to give me the managers name and said "they are still busy" multiple times. I have $4,700 worth of damage to my car and they won't even speak to me about it.

    Requested a tow through my car insurance. I was told there would be no balance owed as insurance was covering the full cost from where my car was located all the way to where it needed to be dropped off. Towing company came to the location of my phone which was not the location I had given. Called me after picking up my car key and claimed it was an inconvenience and demanded $135 on top of the $75 my insurance was covering. Never gave me an option to opt of the service. I was told I needed to meet at the site of my vehicle to pay cash or pay ***** over the phone. No option to give any type of card number over the phone. Called and emailed the business multiple times for a receipt as my insurance has requested one from me. I was told that the drive they had to make to the location of my car was 20 minutes away when it was in fact only 6 minutes away and 2.5 miles. They claimed that insurance was not covering the full cost originally which is not what my insurance is saying. Insurance says that it should have been all covered and that I shouldnt have had to pay any fees. Towing company refuses to make the moment right or give me any sort of refund.04/09/2024 Just received a phone call from my mechanic regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was towed to my mechanic as it had developed a rod knock in the engine. On April 9, 2024, I was informed that my engine rebuilt had been completed but it was unable to be test driven and picked up as there was a grinding sound coming from it. My car was then put on a lift and my mechanic noticed damage to a part on that bottom that was snapped. I was informed that this damage had to have happened when put on the tow and that it could only happen on certain beds of a tow truck. Photos of the damage were sent to me immediately and I was told that this needed to be repaired to drive the car. Not only did this towing company scam me out of $135 but now Im stuck paying for damage that was down by them!!!

    On, October 6, 2022 my 96 Red ************ was towed from my husbands work. The car died and we had it towed to our house. The following morning, we were looking the car over and noticed some paint missing on the front bumper. We took pictures and when my husband got to work the following day, one of the guys he worked with, showed him security camera footage of the Camaro being dragged out of the parking spot. The tow driver getting into the drivers seat and trying to move the car. At this point, the tow driver lost control and the camera hit the fence. We have pictures of the Camaro before the tow, after the tow, pictures of paint chips found at the parking spot where the camaro was towed from, and video footage of the tow driver not taking care of our car, while loading up for a tow
