    I contacted this company via my ************ app. They stated their ETA was ****** minutes. I got a 2nd message that stated 60 more minutes, then I received another message that they would arrive in 45 minutes. Obviously they never showed up. I called them, they said that I had dropped to the bottom of their Que. 6 hours and no tow truck. I will never use their company again. Check their website, there are plenty of unhappy customers, some who have stated they are predatory.

    On 30 Oct 2022, we were rear ended in **********, **. It was VERY minor. The car then shut down because damage to the electronic system. I called State Farm Roadside assistance, who sent M&N Towing and they only could tow it. But not to the yard six minutes away (allegedly too full). It went to the north side of *******! Where it sat for TWELVE days. State Farm later confirmed the closer lot was indeed open. Lots of money made from the two tows and storage fees ($4,000).

    It took over 4 hours for a driver to get to my boyfriend. When he arrived, the sun was setting and the temperature was dropping into the 30s. The car did reach its destination... but my boyfriend was told he couldn't be given a ride anywhere due to "covid policy". Why was this not mentioned when he called, or some time during the 4 hours he was stuck? He was left on the side of the I94 tollway in the dark and cold, with no car or ride. Thankfully a tollway worker gave him a ride to an oasis where he could wait safely for a ride.Your driver and company should be ashamed at the complete lack of humanity demonstrated.
