No Refunds
Due to the nature of their services, all sales are final, and they do not offer monetary refunds for any services performed. They encourage open communication to resolve any issues promptly.
Exclusions
Corrections and adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of the service date. Any concerns raised after this period will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but additional charges may apply. Please note that their guarantee covers only the specific tasks included in the agreed-upon service package.
