1 starI will just start out by saying Im very disappointed in the work that I was given by USA installation, my house is still very cold. The job cost me $12,000i was told I will not be charged interest for the first 18 months of the my loan. That was also a lie **************** is charging me interest on my loan , I try numerous of times to get in contact with this company and the owner no answer. Person doing insulation told me he had to use extra foam because my walls were empty, having a new back patio door installed and when they took down some of the wall there was zero insulation behind it. Now I wonder about the rest of the job!! Very Disappointing. ********

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO USA INSULATION They will misdiagnose your issue, overcharge you, underdeliver on service, disregard your health and safety, trash your house and ultimately not resolve your problem. They will sell you a service during the sales process that they can't guarantee they will be able to perform and charge you the full quoted price regardless of whether they completed the services promised. I am disgusted by the entire experience and feel completely taken advantage of. There can't possibly be a worse service provider in the industry, so take your business somewhere else.USA Insulation

Unfortunately, Mr. Sutton’s installation was performed by a crew that was very recently promoted to do installs. Due to their inexperience, they did not recognize a mistake made early in the installation. One of the crew members accidentally disconnected a light fixture and it caused a short. Once the homeowner made us aware, we immediately paid for an electrician to correct the mistake. In addition, while doing the spray foam on the rim joist, our installer missed a section (about 12 feet).
We found the rim joist issue and cleaned up the crawl space on a service call and then returned with our DAP representative and completed the work.
Mr. Sutton seemed satisfied when we left and thanked us for making the project right.Review fromRob T

1 starThey refuse too refund my deposit a person named *************************** sales person took my check and gave his cell number on business card if I wanted to cancel I called and texted him to cancel but no response called a person on the back of his business card a person named ************** and talked too him but still have not received my deposit check back avoid this company at all cost not responsive too calls and texts and not trustworthy
