    Stay away: poor communication, unexpected charges, and a lack of accountability. Don't be fooled by the smiles and surface politeness! Their business practices are horrendous. You will get a lot of lip service along with the technology and misogyny of the 1900s. We initially requested a replication of our old scalloped fence, and they initially appeared enthusiastic and committed to fulfilling our request. They required cash deposits only. Once they took the money they vanished. After hunting them down, they finally showed up with 1 hour notice. They also surprised us with 2K charges for weed clearance! Finally, at the end of a dragged out process, they argued their way out of scalloping. They first offered a refund instead of scalloping, then contended that the original fence wasn't scalloped (we possess photographic evidence). Finally, they placed blame on us, because we failed to ensure THEIR comprehension of our repeated requests for an exact replica of the old fence. In the end, they arrived late, worked at a snail's pace, and left us with a subpar eyesore of a fence that cost more than the original bid. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this business at all costs.
