Last year I had work done on my car a jaguar XJ they charged me 2250 the fix the problem 6 months later the same problem came back they told me they would fix it because I was under warranty so they did 6 months later the same thing happened with the same problem I was told my warranty was over and they wanted an additional 1600 to fix this problem that I paid them 2250 to fix already I was told my warranty did not reset even though they had to fix there own problem 6 months later. In short I paid 2250 for a problem my car is still having and they wont fix it.

When diagnosing my vehicle they told me that following issues that needed to be fixed is that my intake was not put on properly so they removed and replaced it, And that I needed a battery, to get this car up and running right I said so I told them if thats what it takes to fix my car then go ahead and fix it. After fixing them issues they told me my motor is bad when that wasnt diagnostic at the beginning and now trying to make me pay for a car that isnt fixed or running now and thats not right and they also told me they are going to charge me $100 storage fee if I dont come and get it right away. Ik they made my motor go bad.

The customer's vehicle was towed in due to running issues. After performing an initial diagnosis, the technician found that the intake manifold was improperly installed by the previous repair facility. Customer was informed that the intake manifold would have to be properly installed and that the battery would have to be replaced as his battery was not holding a charge (customer stated that vehicle sat for two years prior to towing it in to us for inspection). Customer was made aware that this particular diagnosis/inspection would have to be in multiple stages as we would have to have a good battery and properly installed intake manifold to conduct further diagnosis. Customer sent a deposit for us to begin the first stage of the repairs/diagnosis. We properly installed intake manifold and battery and were able to get the vehicle running. Once running, we found that the vehicle had a misfire and found that source of misfire was scoring and low compression on cylinder #3. Customer was informed that engine had internal failure and needed to be replaced. Understandably so, the customer was not happy with the news. Attached is a copy of the invoice that clearly states all of this.
