    **** ***** *** is currently holding my vehicle hostage in the attempt to extort money from me, for services not performed. After I discovered **** ***** ** was charging me 3 times the amount for services, I informed him that I no longer wanted him to continue to work on my vehicle. My warranty company agreed to pay him the over priced charges for the work that was performed up to that point. When I informed **** ***** ** that I want to take my vehicle to a different mechanic because I felt he was over charging me, he grew angry & demanded I pay $6,000 dollars in storage fees for the time he was performing work on my vehicle. I informed him again, my warranty company will pay him for the work performed & I will have a tow truck to pick up my vehicle on the following day. He refuses to release my vehicle, & has been holing it for nine months now & is charging me $85 dollars a day storage fees. I have tried communicating via ******** attorney, but they refuse to accept the money for the actual work performed. I did not ask **** ***** ** to store my vehicle, & he is holding my vehicle against my will. Due to **** ***** ** holding my vehicle without my permission, I have spent an exorbitant amount of money in share rides. I am of the belief **** ***** ** is treating me this way because I am a Black man.

    M&R Car Imports did not honor the initial contractual agreement and is attempting to keep and withhold my vehicle from me on the premise that I had to pay excessive storage fees in addition to the service fee. This is not a business that operates with integrity or good faith to consumers. Beware it has been a nightmare process trying to regain possession of my vehicle. Do not trust this company or the owner. This is definitely an at your own risk situation. Consumers beware!
