5 stars************ did a phenomenal job with our home lending process from start to finish. She is a consummate professional and will hand any of your needs with complete transparency. Getting a home loan is a process that takes time and patience, many things can happen unexpectedly. This is where **** did a outstanding job with keeping us informed and answering our calls in a timely manner. Started a mortgage loan with them in May. As of November 9, 2023 nothing has happened. I had to pay for an appraisal and termite inspection, which I am out over $600. They never contacted me to say that my loan was approved or disapproved. As of today I am still waiting to hear from them. I would not recommend them at all.

Illegally accessed my credit profile without my consent resulting in an unauthorized inquiry. ************************* contacted me by phone I inquired about HELOC. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever w/ a banking institution as they are dishonest, greedy, unethical and unprofessional. After reviewing the Lending Tree website, having entered some BASIC information; within seconds I received a phone call from ************************* at Federal Savings Bank on 10/25/23 at 4:52PM (7 minute phone call) and we briefly discussed my HELOC interest. At no time did I give him or this bank the authority to pull my credit profile. I contacted ************************* by phone, left a voicemail as well as 2 text messages KINDLY requested a call back; after 5 hours had passed since sending my text message I found the banks phone number online... When I called there was NO ringtone but rather a "line busy signal"... This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had Dishonest, greedy, unethical and unprofessional. *************** made every attempt to convince me that I provided my SS# to Lending Tree but the fact of the matter is that this company is sketchy and should have never pulled my credit.I grew extremely frustrated with *********** and demanded that he contact all three major Credit Bureaus and immediately remove their ILLEGAL and UNAUTHORIZED inquiry from my credit profile. He never agreed to do so but rather made every effort to justify his co-workers ILLEGAL actions and disregard my extreme concern and frustration; I have never encountered such unprofessionalism especially with a banking institution...!I'm appalled that *********** never apologized for this banks unethical and dishonest behavior but literally became irate with me as if I had wronged him. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND "THE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK" TO ANYONE.The Federal Savings Bank

5 stars*** was a fantastic banker from start to finish. We came in with a very rushed closing and bad taste of previous lenders and were very happy when we were told we wouldn't have to move back our closing date. He was very communicative and friendly from our first interaction with him via phone to our closing where we were able to meet him in person. All in all, I truly think that after our experience with *** and his team we will never look elsewhere for any future lending needs.Review fromJen I

5 starsI enjoyed working with my banker. He was always available, he was very knowledgeable, and he responded and answered my questions in a timely manner. The process from start to finish was easy to understand and I would definitely recommend **** and this banking institution to others.
