WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!What a rip off I paid for a appraisal and loan cost to refi just to get ghosted by my loan officers . was told everything was golden just needed to dot the I and cross the T's then after i paid for everything nothing i tried to call ************************* the loan officer and I got ,Im on another call and will call you back after over a week of phone tag just to be told that the rate was higher and interests has also higher ,I was told that my credit card would be paid off and i would get back about 40k nope now no money back and had to come up with more money for closing but they were still working on my loan the payment would have been **** per month on a 30 year term at close to 7% . my rate now is **** and monthly is **** not worth it they take your money and string you along just to try to get you to take something that doesn't work

A group of some of the most incompetent people you'll ever work with. DO NOT do business with these people. They will charge you ridiculous fees and rates and then if anything goes wrong (which almost certainly something will ...) they will blame it on you.Especially *******************. He never does anything wrong and has an excuse for almost everything that happens why it isn't his fault. Stay away from this bank.The Federal Savings Bank

5 starsIt is my immense pleasure to have met Mr. ** as my banking lender. I found LR to be a highly attentive, almost as if I were his only customers, although I knew that was not the case. ** returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. LR was honest, and his advice worked like a charm during my journey of founding a new home.
