    On Feb 1st 2025 I ordered a chair on line at ***************************. A few minutes later they charged my card. The order said they would be sending me a confirming email. I never got the email. I emailed them and they said they didn't have an order and I should check with my bank. Yes they chargerd my card. I called the company and left 3 messages I emailed the html of my order, along with the charge to my card. It's been well over a month I have no product, no refund and no answers from this company.

    I placed an order for their fast set regular set and UV resin. It came leaking all over everything. When I open the box, there was no padding or protection or bags around the resin. Resin is extremely hazardous until mixed and cured so this is an extreme hazard that they packaged it so horribly. I contacted their customer service and they said that because I didnt have the extra protection for my package, they would not do anything to rectify the situation. I wasnt even asking for my entire order replaced. I wouldve been happy with just the bottle that leaked everywhere to be replaced, but now I have an extreme cleanup all over my kitchen table and my garage floor because my husband did not know what the substance was. I also have a three year-old and a pet that with this substance leaking on everything could be extremely harmful. The customer service was not helpful nor did they seem to care about losing a customer.

    I purchased a Ready Rocker trusting that they would honor their "30 Day Money Back Guarantee." On May 24 I received my Ready Rocker. I'm very petite but when I put it on my office chair there was very little room for me to sit in the chair too. I requested a rebate from Ready Rocker. They responded that I can only get $48 back because there's a $15 fee for the label needed to return the item and they don't reimburse for shipping. I called the **************** Line and an automated voice told me they were unable to help me. The next day while I was at work I received a voicemail from a person whose English wasn't very clear that I can only get $48. This product is a cheap piece of plastic that has cost me a lot of time and neck pain -- $48 isn't enough. I tried to write a review on their website and ******** page but they don't have any place to submit a review, so I'm posting this here for other consumers to see that Ready Rocker won't don't give full refunds. Buyer beware!
