    Requires cc payment info before displaying purchase costs. When **** is shown, it is a done deal. Cannot edit or delete if needed. I used a cc not handy. Typed in number, but didn't know 3 digit security number on back of cc. Purchase for 1 rocket was not completed as I erased cc # and didn't/couldn't hit purchase key as was missing 3 digit security code.Typed in different cc which I had at hand, with front and back info. Site would not accept my card. Found card for first attempt, and Typed in first card number, again, but this time had 3 digit security code. I had decided to order 2 rockers. which site instantly accepted, so I had Typed in new order before providing cc# and 3 digit code. Site instantly fliped to page displaying purchase for 3 rockers instead of 2. Site had kept my original cc# despite my erasure of info and deleted original order and added it to my revised order of 2. I was charged for 3 rockers for over $150 and my shipping cost, which was to be FREE if purchase exceeded $90, was not honored and a $9.99 charge was added. My total cost which should have been $112ish was now $180ish. There was no ability to edit purchase order. It was a done deal.I immediately went to customer service email site, explained error and demanded order be canced as I only wanted 2 rockers and Free shipping. I received an email a few hrs. later, telling me that order was being sent out for 2 rockers and Free shipping. Today I received package of 3 rockers, an email that my 2 rockers were being shipped., and an email that I was receiving a credit of $9.99 for shipping. I immediately contacted customer service to send back ***************************. They only refund $34ish and charge $15 shipping. I called telephone # and no answer or message taking ability. I notified my **** card when first order was displayed. **** made report #, but wants to wait a week to allow a response. That is today. I now have been charged $285ish for 5 rockers.
