Edgebrook Medical Clinic owes me 4 treatments I had prepaid. Thats $2k worth. They disappeared without giving me the treatments. Both their phones do the work, and their website is down. They need to either finish the job with knowledgeable technicians, sometimes they had people that didnt know what they were doing, or refund me for the treatment they didnt perform.Initial Complaint

I had an appointment for consultation with Edge Brook Medical Clinic. I signed up for the program and gave a cc to start treatment. I got home and decided not to go through with it. I called back to cancel and they gave me the runaround and referred me to another number to cancel the treatment. I called numerous times and could never get through to anyone. Edgebrook medical center advertised by radio wave therapy for Erectile disfunction. I went to their office had my consultation signed up and started my treatment. Due to the pandemic all treatments were ceased. I kept paying my bill due to signing up for automatic payment plan. They stopped collection and shortly afterwards I was contacted by a company called AUS and was told they assumed the debt. I started paying them and attempted to make arrangements to start my treatments only to find out theyve gone out of business. I am currently paying a monthly note and want to cease since I did not receive all of my treatments. My treatments were 12 original and once a year for the rest of my life.Initial Complaint

On 1/14/22. I went to Edge Brook Medical Center and began treatments for *** I talked to *******************. who charged me $4100. From the start, at the end of the first treatment, I asked the technician if there was anything I should be doing between treatments. He said No. Later, I found from one of the other technicians all the preceding treatments had been done improperly and I was supposed to have taken a 4 to 6-week break in the treatments. I was even prescribed a pill similar to ****** and told to do a number of exercises. Since so many mistakes were made and my condition had not changed, several of the technicians suggested that I call Patients. Relations and ask for the return of a portion of the money I paid. On 05/19/2023 I was evaluated for services from Edgebrook Medical Clinic for *** I was told they could help me. They signed me up for their treatments with 24 interest free payments. I have received 5 treatments to date. Went to clinic on 06/02/2023 for my scheduled appointment and the office was closed. Have been trying to contact them by phone since, keep getting a recording saying no support agents are available and to try to call back later. I would like whatever I have been charged so far and all future payments canceled, since they are not providing the agreed upon treatments. They should not have signed me up for treatments and then close down their office.Initial Complaint

Purchase ****************** on April 01,2023. Total Cost *****. I paid ******** down and financed ***** through their recommended ***************** *****. I PAID for 12 treatments. I only received 7. I went for my 8th appointment on 6-3-23. Edgebrook was closed. I waited 3.5 hours. I and other waiting customers called. Phone just rang. I called Edgebrook Monday 6-5-23. The phone just rang. I began a course of treatment for ** in February 2023.The doctor assured me I was a perfect candidate for this treatment despite the fact I had high blood pressure and also suffered a penile fracture 8 years ago.He promised me this treatment would repair the damage done by regenerating the blood vessels and restoring blood flow to the area.None of this has happened and I feel I was completely mislead.Today (6/2) I showed up for my final appointment and the facility was closed indefinitely and advised me to call their main number which is not know taking calls. Luckily I haven't paid any money yet because I qualified for a two year interest free plan.I understand they may have received payment already from a financial institution but I intend to fight any liability on my part because of deceptive practices and the service not being effective **********Initial Complaint

Inital consultation did not disclose appropriate pricing. Scheduling conflicts made it impossible to make appointments. Service did not provide results promised. I signed a contract with this ED ********************** and wanted to discontinue my treatments due to a unforseen financial problem. I reached to them to finalize my bill now because I can't afford to continue. They said I can stop the treatment but I would still have to pay the full amount. I would like to pay for the services that I have received and thats the final payments.
