    I sent my complaint to Patient ********************** ************************* Clinic. A few days later I received a voicemail call from *********************** to return her call regarding the Complaint in regard to Edgebrook Medical Clinic, in *******, ********. I returned the call and spoke with ***********************; I explained the situation and how I was lied to about the Program at Edgebrook Medical Clinic, and that the program does not work. I explained to ******************** that Dr. *********************** should have never enrolled me into the program at Edgebrook Medical Clinic, knowing my high blood pressure and high AIC. ******************** tried to offer me THREE-THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED ($3,800) and part ways. I said to her, did you not read my Complaint? And did ********* not get my email? I turned her offer down and said, I want my full refund of SIX-THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,600). Furthermore, I told her this is not over, and I will take further action.

    My husband visited this clinic on 9/30/22. He was given a treatment without fully understanding the issue and then charged $4500.00 as this procedure did not have insurance clearance. The company has not responded to any of our requests for a refund of the $4500. We have called repeatedly and are just told a "patient relations" form would be started and submitted. We have called on 9/30, 10/1, 105, 10/7 and 10/8/2022. On 10/8/22 we were told by *******/****** that the finance department is on some sort of mirror and we cannot dial them directly. We were told by **** and *************************** that someone would contact us about the patient relations form and no one has returned our calls. The money was processed through my husband's credit card. No further appointments have been made. My husband suffered from extreme back aches from 9/30 to 10/3 from this "complimentary" procedure. We want a full refund of the charges as soon as possible. My husband has MS and was totally taken advantage of by this shady business. There were no written explanations of the procedures nor any literature offered about the scope of the treatment given to him. All he received was a receipt of the money they charged.

    I receive therapy at Edgebrook Medical Clinic. The therapy is supposed to be weekly. I had an appointment on 9/23/22, I called and requested that my appointment be switched to Oct 7 at 4:00. The Rep assured me that my appointment was switched to that day/time. I called today to confirm my appointment and was told that my appointment was on 9/30/22. I did not rescheduled my appointment to 9/30 nor did I receive a notification about that appointment. I called the appointment desk and was transferred to the Clinic for a same day appointment. The Rep who answered the phone was very rude and condescending. I will never return nor recommend after my treatments.
