I never gave Equifax, TransUnion or Experian any written consent to report anything on my consumer report, no consent is identity theft. I reported the theft of my identity to the ************************ and I also have enclosed copies of the ************************s Identity Theft Affidavit. hello i have sent previous dispute letters to your company which you have received on 06/24/2022 disputing the accuracy and completeness on both **** of America accounts. the accounts were reporting inaccurate and have a not complete account number. you have failed to update these accounts and also have failed to provide notice of dispute. this account must be removed off my credit report under 15 USC 1681s-2(3) duty to provide notice of dispute. it has been over 30 days and you have not reported consumer dispute's this account on the comments section or anywhere on my report for both **** of America accounts. you have completely ignored my entire letter as this was not a dispute this was a demand. as you are reporting the following accounts without providing notice of dispute on my consumer report i have also attached a screen shot as proof that there has been no notice of dispute on any of these accounts which should be deleted off my report under 15 USC 1681s-2(3) and 1681c(f). failure to do so than you are stating your company is above federal law as this communication is through government watched portal which i will have as documentary evidence can be used against you. i demand you delete this account off my report as your company is in violation of law. this is not a dispute this is a demand by law.

TransUnion is a business who is using and holding my personal information and directly affecting my ability to access credit / money despite repeat attempts from me to correct information on my account. Their customer service reps (all so far have been in Asia) are not trained, can barely speak or understand English and have hung the phone up 5 times when I have been trying to report errors. At this stage I am merely seeking my credit report to be corrected, however if it is not I will seek financial compensation and seek legal advice from a finance lawyer.Business Response

Transunion is repeatedly furnishing accounts that are a direct result of identity theft. This inaccurate information has caused me great hardship and has tarnished my reputation and creditworthiness. This is currently a threat to my livelihood as I have not been able to obtain adequate housing or open any new lines of credit due to these items being reported on my consumer report and damaging my credit score significantly. Once the identity theft was discovered, per the instructions on identitytheft.gov, the identity theft report was updated with this information. Given there is only a certain amount of space available, the accounts were listed in the "personal statement" section of the identity theft report as advised. On June 27, 2022 the updated report was submitted to Equifax, Experian, and Transunion, along with a statement explaining that more accounts were discovered, and specifying those accounts and their account numbers that were shown on the credit report. Per the personal statement section in the attached identity theft report, ************* is included in the identity theft case and as a result of providing the proper documentation, it was deleted for identity theft purposes. Transunion, Equifax, and Experian have all confirmed as of June 29, 2022, that the identity theft report containing these accounts listed in the personal statement has been received along with my identification and social security card and the Discover account was deleted from all 3 credit reports as a result. Despite confirming they've received the identity theft report and acknowledging that the account is indeed involved in an active identity theft case, on July 23, 2022, Transunion reinstated this account to my credit report at the creditor's request due to their "investigation". No proper investigation took place, I was never contacted by Discover.Business Response
