My identity was stolen and in the process someone acquired a ********** ****** credit card. I was able to get ********** wards to close that fraudulent account and end doing so they removed the credit card from my credit report.... I am rejecting this response because: Play stated that ********** **** was no longer on my credit. That is what my complain is once that ********** ****** credit card was removed my credit score went down 100 points. The ********** **** credit card that was on my credit 2 months ago was on my credit fraudulent Up until the point where I have that credit card removed my credit score was 100 points higher. As a consumer I'm not even sure why I try anymore to keep my credit score good when fraudulent use of my credit score or my identity can cause my credit score to plummet so bad

I did not give this company written or verbal permission to put any information on my account. They are breaking law I would like A $1000 per violation in report uploaded. On 6/29/2022 I sent (certified) letters to the consumer reporting agencies asking them to investigate accounts that were in question on my credit report. According to the **** a proper investigation includes; [(e) The term investigative consumer report means aconsumer reportor portion thereof in which information on aconsumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of theconsumerreported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on aconsumerscreditrecord obtained directly from acreditorof theconsumeror from aconsumer reporting agencywhen such information was obtained directly from acreditorof theconsumeror from theconsumer.] I received a response stating the item has been updated but it was never verified according to the law. Furthermore a proper investigation was never conducted as every piece of information on my credit report in regards to this account is still not 100 percent accurate. I never gave anyone written permission to add anything to my credit report, as a victim of domestic violence this is a direct violation of my rights to privacy.
