I have been unable to view, start a dispute, change info. or anything else on my Transunion credit report, and this issue has been going on for close to a year now. When I attempt to log-in to the Transunion website for these tasks, I receive the following message: "We're unable to complete your request online." On 10+ occasions I have reached out to the company to fix this issue, both by phone and online. Each time they have responded that they recognize this issue and someone will reach out to me to rectify the problem, nobody has reached out for months now and the problem has not been solved. Transunion is ignoring the problem in a very unprofessional manner, and violating my legal right to access my credit report. I have a legal right to view my credit report and to dispute items on my credit report and this company is blocking me from doing so. I am rejecting this response because: Transunion, in a letter dated 8/18/2022, have falsely indicated that they have fixed the issue. They have not fixed the problem whatsoever and the issue still persists. I attempted to logon on several occasions and I am unable to, and I am receiving the same error as I previously initiated the complaint about. This issue has now been going on for well over a year, with Transunion willfully violating my legal right to access and manage my credit report. Additionally, it is now documented that they are well aware of the issue and still deliberately doing nothing to rectify it. Not only are they lying to me, they are providing false information to the Better Business Bureau. Transunion has not done anything to resolve my concerns. I would like BBB to continue to assist me with this issue and also publicize the way Transunion is providing intentionally false information to the public and lying. I would also like BBB to assist in finding the name of the departmental head/senior manager, etc. who can assist with this problem so there is a name attached to this issue.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Transunion continues to fabricate lies in regards to this issue and are claiming that my online access to my credit report, which I have a legal right to, has been ameliorated. It has not been fixed and I have attached a screenshot showing the continuous error I have received, which states "We're unable to complete your request". The screenshot shows the date of Sep. 9, 2022, shows my name as the logged-in user and displays the screen of ******************** blocking me from managing my credit profile and accessing tools for my credit. I have also digitally time-stamped the screenshot so can easily be verified when it was taken, Sep. 9, 2022. I have had a consultation with a top law firm here in ***********, *****************************, who have told me I have plentiful legal options against this company as they continue to willfully and deliberately block me from accessing my credit report. I want to make very clear to Transunion that I will explore legal escalation against them if they do not fix this, as I have tried everything at this point and they are willfully preventing me from managing my credit profile. I have all the proof necessary from over the past year, including phone conversations, saved chat transcripts and even video showing my attempts to manage my credit profile and the Transunion website blocking me from doing anything, the most recent video being on 9-9-22. It is absolutely shocking that they continue to treat me in this manner when I have done every single thing in my power to work with them to fix this problem, but I now plan get a law firm involved as they refuse to cooperate. I also have copies of complaints I have filed with the Consumer **************************** in which Transunion responded by claiming they don't know who I am, but clearly they know who I am, which means Transunion lied and falsified information to the Consumer *************************** as well. They have lied to me directly, the Consumer *************************** of the US Government as well as the Better Business Bureau here. They are well aware of the problem and continue to willfully and deliberately do nothing to fix it and they have been doing this for over a year now. I have no idea why they are treating me in such an unacceptable manner, but based off conversations and the dialogue with them, I believe that they are be treating me in this manner due to a racial bias. Transunion's behavior is unacceptable and they are violating my legal rights by willfully not allowing me access to my credit profile online.

I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The ************************* which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. In May of 2022, I sent letter to Transunion asking them to investigate everything on my credit report related to accuracys . This agency violated my rights as a consumer in so many ways and failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
