Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about Trans Union, I have sent a letter 04/09/22 stating I was having some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to proof my request including the required FTC I have attempted to contact Trans Union so many times via phone and via mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests. Its clear the person responding didnt read the issue. I have reached out to the companies and they advised me to contact the credit bureaus in which I did those inquiries were not authorized by me. I called to get information on what should I submit to get this resolved as I havent applied for anything. I asked to spoke to a supervisor & the rep got silent & hung up on me

So again I stated I havent applied for anything I contacted the creditor & they said to contact you. So for the second time what do I need to submit to prove I didnt apply to anything to get the inquiry off my credit. I dont know how to be any more clearer. A inquiry should only stay on your credit if its accurate in this case its not

Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about the Trans Union bureau, I sent a letter on 04/01/22 stating I had some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider it is inappropriate activity. Received copy of credit report due to COVID-19. Account with Discover credit limit $1,500 is an open account that I did not authorize. Hello, my name is *********************** , and I am writing to delete the following information in my file. The items I need deleted are listed in the report. I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge. I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the ************************ and I also have enclosed copies of the ************************s Identity Theft Affidavit. Please delete the items as soon as possible. Based on, 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt.
