I am *************************, and I am submitting this complaint on my behalf. I have been dealing with unauthorized use of my personal information. Which results in unauthorized items on my credit report. I sent them letters over 30 days ago and they failed to get back with me and they failed to notate that these accounts were in dispute plus these accounts violate the **** and FDCPA these accounts must be deleted immediately.Business Response

All accounts are not reporting the same with all three credit Bureaus. In addition, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, all accounts with Transunion below have violated my rights.Experien shows ***** fargo as paid for less than the full amount Whereas Equifax shows this same account as charged off. TRANSUNION shows the same account as payment after charge off collection. ***Equifax shows JPMCB as no more than 4 months past due. Whereas, Experien shows legally paid in full for less than full amount. TRANSUNION shows the same account as 90 days past due. ***Equifax shows commerce bank charged off. Whereas Experien shows shows lthe same account as egally paid in full for less than full amount. TRANSUNION shows commerce as payment after charge off as collection. I submitted two letters within the last 60 + days to TransUnion Rental Screening solutions for them to either remove the eviction they are reporting on my report or send me all the documents they have to verify it including ( lease agreement signed ) etc . The first letter I sent out , they returned a letter back within **************************************************** verification of any sort . The second letter I sent to them certified so that I was able to track when they received it . By law they have 15 days to respond to my second request and I still havent heard anything . My second letter was mailed out June 17,2022 and my tracker stated that they received it that following Saturday June 18th . They sent me a letter telling me they received my letter June 23rd, 2022. It has been 15 business days since then . I am very dissatisfied with the way this company is reporting to my consumer report and how they are handling it by not verifying any info. I know my rights and I will not stop until this is removed from my report.Business Response

Transunion is willfully furnishing known errors on my credit report. I was originally writing to challenge TransUnion to verify the validity of the account(s) listed below, but then I came across a publication on the *** website in which the *** defines a charge off as gross or ordinary income.....INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED TO A CONSUMER REPORT!
