July 02 2022, I sent a letter certified to the bankruptcy courthouse asking do the report Chapter 7 bankruptcies to the credit bureaus. Tracking number ********************. I got a letter back from the bankruptcy court on July 12, 2022 stating "They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody." So if that's the case. How did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100% Accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC ****. 15 USC **** section 603 (3) (E) States; The term "investigative consumer report" means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. They also violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC ****. According to: 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to: 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions According to: 15 U.S.C. ****s-2 (A) (1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:it has come to my attention that Transunion are not removing these got **** collections from my report which is a violation that CFPB are not holding them liable for. They are reporting misleading and false f****** information. Experian and Equifax have both deleted these collection and Transunion needs to follow accordingly. How is it that they verified the information and the other agencies deleted this information. Transunion is commiting fraud and I will be going to the Attorney General. I sent my information over 60 days ago and therefore all accounts should be deleted. I don't know what they are doing, but it's working my last nerve and stressing me out, for I'm unable to get credit or get a place to live because of this false information on my credit report. I demand they be deleted immediately!

Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about Trans Union, I have sent a letter 04/08/22 stating I was having some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to proof my request including the required FTC I have attempted to contact Trans Union so many times via phone and via mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests. Whenever I try to log in to unfreeze my account the system locks me out. I cannot get anyone on the phone to fix the problem. I am rejecting this response because: Your online staff have not helped me after repeated attempts, nor have your staff who answer the phone.I have right to be able to access my account both by phone and online. There is incorrect information in your system that prevents me from accessing my account, myself.I continue to request to speak with a person in the US who can help figure out the problem with my account.Stop referring me to people who just tell me they cannot help.
