      I am writing to formally notify you that my personal information has been fraudulently used without my consent, resulting in unauthorized accounts and inquiries on my consumer report. These entries are the result of identity theft and must be removed in accordance with federal law.Under 15 U.S. Code 1681c2, you are required to block all information identified as resulting from identity theft no later than four (4) business days after receiving:1.       I am writing to urgently dispute and demand to Transunion the immediate removal of fraudulent and inaccurate information from my credit report pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( 605B), you are legally required to block fraudulent entries within four (4) business days of receiving this notice and supporting documentation. Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2, data furnishers must cease reporting inaccurate information, and under 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b), you must ensure the maximum possible accuracy of all credit information. The accounts in question are the result of identity theft and are not mine. Continuing to report these items constitutes a willful violation of federal law and will be met with formal complaints and legal action if not addressed promptly.

      I am writing to report an incident of identity theft that has significantly impacted my financial standing and personal well-being. I have discovered that my personal information was unlawfully used, resulting in unauthorized transactions and fraudulent activities. This matter falls under the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act (18 U.S.C. 1028), which criminalizes the fraudulent use of personal information.
