I am writing to urgently dispute and demand to Transunion the immediate removal of fraudulent and inaccurate information from my credit report pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( 605B), you are legally required to block fraudulent entries within four (4) business days of receiving this notice and supporting documentation. Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2, data furnishers must cease reporting inaccurate information, and under 15 U.S.C. 1681e(b), you must ensure the maximum possible accuracy of all credit information. The accounts in question are the result of identity theft and are not mine. I am writing to have the following information removed from my credit file, the items that I need deleted are going to be attached in a word document. I am a victim of identity theft. I have multiple accounts and inquiries that I DID NOT apply for listed on my credit report. I ask that these items be deleted so my credit report will only show accurate information. My name is ********* ******. I became a victim of identity theft couple of years ago. After that incident I have noticed many incorrect and unauthorized items appeared in my report. So, I am requesting that you delete all the negative ACCOUNTS from my credit report and I also mentioned in my letters immediately. They are a result of ID theft. Beside these items, I also want to delete incorrect names and addresses also. I never used these names and never lived in these addresses. Please remove these items which are not authorized by me as soon as possible. Your intervention in this matter is crucial to achieving a resolution that is fair and satisfactory to both parties.
