  I've been going to the dental salon since 2011 or 2012. My last experience was horrible. I told ************ how I felt and he showed no compassion. I drive all the way from ****** to see this man. He prepped me for 2 crowns. I was in so much pain, went to urgent care 2x called his office over and over and was told to use a special mouthwash. It wasn't until the 3rd week he suggested a water pic. By then I couldn't sleep felt like I was going to die. I told him what I went through and he argued with me telling me he recommended more than the mouthwash and hiw he called me back. The man wouldn't even look at me most of the conversation a d when he did he gave me a nasty stare. Never again. They also over charge you, will refund your money after you discover being over charged. Don't go here it's not the business I remember 12 years ago.

We do not make suggestions without sufficient evidence to support a diagnosis and course of treatment.Our support staff, management, or ************ reached out to you each time you voiced a concern. Pretending we have not is irresponsible. Our financial policies allow each of our patients complete transparency. We provide itemized treatment plans, send statements, and inform you of any credit or debit that *** be present on your account. Until claims are processed / finalized, we do not have a final balance. Refunds are issued after all claims have been processed by the insurance companies of patients, without question.In your previous review, you mentioned ************ refused to look at you. In this more recent review, you state ************ gave a nasty stare. These statements are contradictory and we are confused. Either way, we hold our heads high knowing that we attempted to prevent unneeded treatment on your tooth. We are happy that you are no longer experiencing discomfort and wish you the best of luck at your new dental office

  i had a filling done with dental salon **********. then I received note that dental salon is not taking the insurance anymore. So, I went to another dentist. New dentist pointed out that I need filling done after i took x-ray and oral examination. Turns out it's the same tooth I had a filling done a few months ago. I went to dental salon ********** where I had my filling done. According to *************, it does not cover, and I will be charged 230 dollars for the oral exam and x-ray which i originally paid. Next day I received a call from management of dental salon pretending to help me. They told me that I must get x-ray and oral exam done before dental salon can assist ($69.99 cost) which I already have from a new dentist. Even if I pay that amount, it doesn't guarantee that they will help me since there are so many variables in oral hygiene and anything can happen. At my last dental cleaning, I asked ************* to check my filling, and she said there were no issues and that the filling was gone after 5 months. In general, fillings should last 5+ years, but mine have lasted less than a year. Mark ******************** (owner, I believe) reviewed the **ray and said nothing was wrong. I didn't need a filling if the tooth was not bothering me. My tooth never bothered me, but a dental salon suggested a filling, and my new dental office also recommended a filling(I believe **** is not a real doctor) . My filling needs to be done in order to prevent further damage.
