Rotten company. Their existence is to only provide you the opportunity to pay them money and get nothing in return. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!! FIND ANOTHER APP!!!!!Used them to prepay for parking to an event and at the parking garage they had three different payments. $55, $65, $77. (Why would you have three different payments for a parking garage, I should have noticed it then but it was the day of the event.) I Chose the $55 and by the time I checked out it was $76.50 with all their fees(bull crap). When I pulled up to the garage it was like all other garages, take a ticket on the way in and use a kiosk to pay on your way out. All other patrons who were not as stupid as I was were paying $35 for parking. They apparently did not use Vivid seats. I did not use the kiosk since I already paid and on driving out of the ******** was able to use the app to pay $35 to the ********* called up customer service to ask what service I was paying $41.50 for. The only explanation they had was there was a disclaimer that I should have read. PLEASE DESTROY THIS COMPANY!!!Vivid Seats LLC

Purchased tickets on 11/2/22. On 12/22/22 received e-mail notification to contact Vivid Seats. Called and it was stated my seats were no longer available, with no reason given. Was told comparable seats were available, which I agreed to. When received confirmation and looked at seating chart the tickets were no where close to being comparable. Will never purchase and encourage others not to use this site. I expect the seats were never available and this was used to buy c*** tickets.Vivid Seats LLC

It seems there was an issue with the original order and our team called to discuss replacement tickets as per our Buyer Guarantee. When tickets are not available, we offer the options we have at the time or a full refund. Our goal is for you to enjoy your event. We were able to discuss replacement tickets that were agreed upon and informed you that a partial refund of $149.64 for the difference in the ticket price of the replacements. We are disappointed to hear that you weren't satisfied with the replacement tickets and so we went ahead and issued you $50 of store credit. to make up for the inconvenience. They charged more than double the price for tickets that the Circus said are a scam and wouldn't accept. Vivid Seats has a 100% customer satisfaction claim on the website but didn't care or offer any legitimate refund. They have very well trained customer service reps to give you the run around and hope that you will give up trying. They are the stereotype of a Fraud Internet Scam. I'm pretty sure I got scammed. I got a ticket to a *********************** concert before realizing I wouldn't be able to make it that day. I tried to switch it out for another day but they said that they couldn't and that I should just resell it. Then I start getting emails saying my order was in jeopardy somehow and I needed to call them. Called them today only to get hung up on. To put it lightly, these guys ****. I purchased 4 tickets to the *** vs SU almost 6 weeks before the event. On or about 2 days before the game , I received notification from the news channel that tickets purchased via third party sales will not be accepted at the venue and we are to purchase directly from the school/university. I had to purchase 4 more tickets and contact Vivid for a refund. They instructed me to go to the game and attempt to use their tickets. The attendant saw the Vivid tickets and said they aren't accepting them, then I showed him the school purchased tickets and they were accepted with no issue. I contacted Vivid prior, during and after the game. As of today they still refuse to refund my money for unusable tickets, equivalent to theft. This company took advantage of a disabled veteran and my family. Please return my money.Vivid Seats LLC

Awful company. Filled out the online form looking for 2 tickets, thought I was purchasing 2 tickets and received an email with only one. Called first thing the next morning and was told they have a no refund policy. I never saw this policy, I requested 2 tickets, somehow I only "purchased" one, they will not deliver my ticket till a day before the concert which is 5 months out. Zero help from customer service. Total fraudsters, I hope they get shut down. I'll never purchase from them again.Vivid Seats LLC

1 starThis was an awful experience through and through. My girlfriend is a DIE HARD hockey fan. Thought I would buy tickets to the upcoming Flyers game. Purchased the tickets and nothing immediately came through. I thought this was weird but waited for the rest of the day. By the next day, I still hadn't received the tickets so I chatted, called, and called again. The chat: Sent me to ***************** website. Created an account. No tickets. First Call: Spoke with a rep who asked me to download the Vivid Seats app then WellsFargo app. Still no tickets. Told me to call back 2 hours before the game if the seller didnt resend the tickets. Also said I can call the insurance company (DONT BUY THE INSURANCE that was a completely different headache) Fine, I waited and called at 5 when the tickets magically didnt appear in one of the two apps. Second Call: Spoke with a new rep. ***** to check my prior calls. She did, stated that the chat asked me to download AXS app (ticketmaster I think). "Why was this the first time I was hearing about this?" I asked, to which she said "sometimes our system utilizes multiple apps. Downloaded, no luck. Horrible company bad practices. CEO needs to be held accountable i have since filed a motion with Vivid Seats LLC. Pretty much ordered a ticket and the seller didnt send it and they were trying to tell me to buy tickets off ticketmaster after the guy wouldnt send it and they have a ******** policy. I never even received my ticket why would i not get a refund the seller isnt losing anything neither are they. The reason is because they know whats going on and simply dont care. Bought tickets for the New Mexico Bowl. Time of the game changed after purchasing. 3 of the 6 tickets can no longer be used due to the game time being 5 hours later than originally scheduled. They refused to refund and told me sell the tickets myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never buy through Vivid seats ever againVivid Seats LLC

We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We don't hold the control on event changes because they are coming from the venue. We are a secondary marketplace and don't hold the inventory of the tickets. We are unable to refund the order , unless it is a cancelled event. In the event that a time change does happen, your tickets will be valid still to scan into the event as per our Buyer Guarantee. We always suggest independent resale if the ticket holder can't make the event due the venue time change. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us another chance down the road!
