      I recently purchased 3 tickets to a college basketball game. 2 of the 3 were correct. The third ticket was for a different venue altogether. Vivid said they would make it right7 phone calls and 20 plus email later and nothing. Vivid seats are a rip off and scam artist. Steer clear at all cost ************

      Sold three tickets through Vivid Seats totaling $675.00. Was told that I will not receive my money until the event has taken place nine months from now!!! Called them and there was nothing they could do!!! Never, never do business with this company!

      Vivid Seats ticket sales is a total HOAX operation!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM VIVID SEATS; it is a scam !!! I bought $497 Orioles l2019 Opening Day tickets online from Vivid Seats and never received the tickets and the game was cancelled due to COVID. I never was refunded for the purchase. I joined a class action lawsuit six months afterwards and I received a check from Vivid Seats dated November 25, 2022, I deposited the check in my account and it rejected/bounced 2 weeks later.

      I purchased a parking pass for an event from them and when I got to the address provided there was no such address so I tried to get a in touch with them to get my money back and it was just a hassle. Had to use a chat it was not personable at all. They could not find my information With my email address or my ZIP Code so I would suggest not using this company for anything

      Completely cheating business. The agent on the call told me to buy a parking ticket after purchasing the show tickets. The agent name was *******. She told me there is no general parking available and only 2 *** parking available. She insisted me I should buy that parking so that I don't face inconvenience going to the show. I was having doubt in purchasing the parking ticket and I asked what if I get general parking at the venue in cheaper price? She told I can give them a call and they can cancel the parking ticket & refund me the amount. So, I bought the *** parking ticket from her for $32.Once I went to the venue, seen a lot general parking is available at $20. As they promised for the cancellation, I bought a general parking and parked. *** parking validity was starting from 12:01 PM, I called them at 11:40 AM to cancel and refund. Then came the real story, they told they cannot cancel. After multiple follow-*** they took a complaint and told they will investigate the conversation with the agent and get back. After 3 days they did not get back, I called again. Now, they are telling they listened to it and the agent never committed about cancellation and refund. This is completely a cheating/fraudulent business. This should be reported and taken actions.

      I purchased 2 tickets for tonight's game ***************** at **************** I went to retrieve my tickets and someone else email address has accepted my tickets. I reached out to Vivid and Ticketmaster. Vivid keeps sending a link that get to a screen that says Oops! The ticket transfer was already accepted by another email.

      I originally ordered tickets for a concert pre-Covid. Like many other events, it was cancelled due to COVID. I did not get a refund option. Instead, I received a credit. I used the credit for another event. Unfortunately, that event was initially postponed due to hurricane *** damage/flooding. Vivid seats did let me know via email. However, the event was eventually cancelled. Vivid seats did not contact me, and my credit is due to expire 01/01/23. Vivid seats should have just automatically issued a refund the first time. They definitely should have issued a refund after the second event was cancelled. This is very poor business practice. I still have credit that will likely expire because there is not an event nearby that I'd like to attend or able to attend. I will never do business with Vivid seats again.

      ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH FEES, total lack of transparency about that fact, and pointless customer service. Stay away from this scam of a company if you're looking for online ticket sales. VividSeats is unethical, charging exorbitant fees * 25% of the price of the ticket, REALLY? But the absolutely most satanic think they do is lack transparency about their sky high fees until it is too late, you've hit "submit", and the fine print legally covers their buttocks, but unethically have completely duped their customers. And then the coup de ***** * also in the FINE print * NO REFUNDS, knowing they will win their day in court. Actually the coup de ***** is their utter lack of customer service, instead pushing out their canned responses because clearly they've been through this MANY times. Great business model for short term gains, but don't expect returning customers. VividSeats is in business for the quick hustle. There are plenty of other online ticket services that don't **** you. Move on.Like others, I wish there was a ZERO star rating for a ZERO company.

      I purchased tickets to a stand-up comedy show through Vivid Seats, two solid months before the event. Two weeks before the event, I got an email, advising me to contact them immediately, to resolve "an issue with my order". It turns out that the seats I had purchased through Vivid were not something that they actually even had, much less could they sell them to me. The seats that I'd bought close to the stage were not mine, after all. They gave me a choice between accepting two seats in the nosebleed section (of a giant stadium) or requesting a refund. By that time, the event was sold out. Their 100% guarantee is an absolute fiction. They're a dishonest company, which operates in bad faithand wantonly misrepresents their product. I recommend avoiding them entirely.

      don't use this company! I never received my tickets. I called vivid and they said my tickets were cancelled, this was the day of the show (6hours before show time). They offered me tickets to terrible seats for me and my daughter to a magic show were it's important to see and have good seats. The seats offered also were significantly less than the seats I ordered, they did not offer monetary compensation for the seat difference, vivd seat credits or even an apology. Terrible service, will never use again.
