      I placed an order for GrubHub today and I noticed that it was over an hour late and I contacted them and it took awhile for someone to respond via chat and see what was going on. I was less than a mile from the restaurant which takes me 5 minutes to get to and back. When the order did arrive it was colder than an ice cube and it was supposed to be hot. It was almost like it had sat outside for an hour but you could tell that the person had walked and that's why it took so long. They did not drive the hot meal to my house which would have take 5 minutes. I immediately threw it in the garbage and tried to contact GrubHub for a full refund. They were only willing to give me $5 discount on my next order. This was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the same thing and said she could not refund my guaranteed quality product. This is unacceptable. Then she said she because the cold temperatures they could not do anything about it being cold. If that is the case, why are you delivering in the winter. No one wants cold food and GrubHub should insure that food is warm when delivered or get out the business! I have cancelled my GrubHub+ service, that is worthless and will probably not order from them again. I lost money and time with this bad, terrible service. Don't try to get help from their customer service department, they will only offer your a $5 discount. That is a joke! Don't use this company! Beware!

      If I could give a 0 star review I would. Terrible service. Ordered dinner a little before 5. Wasn't even picked up til almost 6. Driver went the wrong direction twice then I was called and told that my order was lost?? That it wasn't picked up?? What?? Ridiculously upset, they offered me 10 off my next order. Like I will ever EVER use this service again. It's not the first time we've had issues. Do not use.

      Tell me how a company can charge you twice for an order that was delivered only once??!! Owner of the restaurant called me to verify I wanted both orders. I told him no, it should only be one order. He asked if I wanted him to delete one of the orders, I said yes please! So thinking that it might take a couple days until I see a credit on my card, I didnt think to contact Grubhub. But now that I have, they will do absolutely nothing because it was more than 48 hours after said order was placed/received! HOW IS THAT EVEN LEGAL??!! You cant charge someone for something they didnt receive. Isnt that credit card fraud??

      Grubhub is Literally a scam. I ordered my food, my order never arrived. I called them and requested for my refund. They Literally said " their system only allows for them to refund my money back to the grubhub account instead of my debit card. They also demanded I spend it before 90 days if not it expires" I told them no, I wanted my refund to go into my debit card. They basically only refund u ur money back when it's a " missing" order not when it's a full refund smh a total scam.

      Ive been working for Grubhub for a little over a year now; and since Ive been working for them I have received horrendous amounts of discrimination from them. Use to have an alarm set at 10am every morning to schedule driving blocks so that I can receive more deliveries, but they always have me blocked until the good driving blocks have been taken. Leaving me with the leftovers, and then I call of course and try to get an explanation to what is going on and they never have a supervisor available on the weekends. Which is absolutely unacceptable and the main reason why Im writing this review. I pray that Grubhub stop discriminating against me and treating me like everyone else.Sincerely,***********************

      If I could leave no stars I would. On January 1, ****, I ordered from a local restaurant for dinner for my family. We cannot go out to eat as a family due to my husband having severe lung issues and low immune system. The order said it would arrive within 30 to 40 minutes. I then received another email at after about an hour that stated it would be another 30 to 40 minutes. After another 10 minutes I finally received the "cancelled" email. Apparently, 3 of their drivers picked up my order (it was a buffet, so they had to recreate the order). On the 4th attempt, the buffet restaurant said no more. I contacted Grub Hub and all they said was how sorry they were for the inconvenience and someone will contact me after she sends it off for an account review. The restaurant told me to never use Grub Hub because they are a terrible service.

      Cheats, scam, food came ice cold and they refused to give refunds. There prices are too high. I'm not happy with them at all.

      Horrible service. My food arrived over two hours late and ice cold. **************** offered me a $10 on an order that cost me over $50 and half of it had to be thrown away. This is the third issue Ive had with late orders and cold food out of my past five orders. I am normally a very understanding person but this is just ridiculous. I will never use this service again.

      ****************** Very poor customer service. Food was over a half hour late and the company does not care about there customers They wanted to offer me a $7.00 credit for food i could not eat . The food was cold and not edible. I will be closing my account. ********************** account He offered to transfer me too a supervisor and did not transfer me .
