      Tuesday, December 26th, I made a large desert order but as soon as I paid for it I noticed how far it was from my home I then immediately cancelled my order. Unfortunately Grubhub informed me I was unable to have a refund and only issued me a credit (that's only good for 90days)..I'm upset but I understand, so I placed a order for ice cream from DQ, it came fine no issues... I then placed a order for cookies from crumble, now all of a sudden my account is locked for safety reasons and they won't allow me to use my remaining credit, It is now Friday Dec 29. And I have contacted them 3 times. They say the same thing each time, I'm sorry for the inconvenience someone will contact you, after they review your account

      They took my money and drove by but never stopped but yet they said they gave me a 60 days of free deliveries and $45.30 sounds great well right as soon as I tried to use the credit for dinner they put an automatic hold on the account and took my money told me SORRY but they have to.get someone to.tale a look at the account for miss use of the account but I had just opened it and that was our first order from them. They did how ever drive by and snap a picture of the front of my house saying they delivered my order I have pictures and texts to these facts. I tried to talk to them but they say it is out of there hands and corporate will take care of it in 24 to 48 hours. I feel as if they are not being very upfront with me cuz I talked to another guy before that and he was very helpful and he was great but the next one after I could not order on my credits was short and not helpful at all I just wanted my money back or my food but they shut down my account and basically told me they would consider my refund one day we it is Christmas and I was ordering dinner for my family and they shut me down and took the money

      Long story short dont use this app. The service is horrible and they dont care. I made an order for my handicap kid. I requested that it get placed between my doors for an easy grab as its freezing outside. The driver left it on the steps with no notice at all. Very unprofessional. I used the chat feature and ******* told me he cant do anything about it. I paid $10 in fees as the order was small with tip. Thats how I got treated. The only reason why I used them is its the only app this store uses-NEVER AGAIN.

      I can not order through the app. I didnt receive my food so I got credits back. And a $10 off but it seems after they gave me those credits they blocked my account from ordering which is not fair. I should be able to order with my rightfully owned money. I wish to have this resolved.

      Grubhub does not care about it's customers.The customers have no voice; they are ignored.I did not receive a pizza from Reggio's Pizza.I contacted support and they said no refunds.Why are the customers treated like criminals?Any suggestions?

      My Grubhub driver drove all over town & into a neighboring town before delivering my food. It was late, cold, and disgusting. They offered $5 on a $58 order to try to rectify the issue. Keep your 5 bucks GH. I order weeklytime to switch to DoorDash!

      Be aware! Grub hub is a dishonest company that has been charging me $10.81 for 7 months and I didn't realize. I had no idea that I was enrolled in any kind of autopay. This solution was to refund me the amount of the most recent month only. So, $10.81 out of $75. 67 that was charged over he past 7 months. Consumer beware!

      I went to place an order, and it wouldn't process my payment. When I contacted them, my account is supposedly under review and I was told there was nothing I could do. I was having a good time using the service, but now I'm heavily reconsidering ever using them again

      Ordered when I was sick from a kabob house took 35 min then I was notified my order was cancelled due to the restaurant being closed even though the restaurant was still very open. *************** instead watched as the incompetent driver was in the same spot for 15 min then finally made it to ********* picked it up and went the opposite direction for 25 minended up at another persons house maybe his own ?? and then they reassigned my order to another person an hour after I submitted the order, which was over an hour and half since my original order to kabob house. Ridiculous!!! Instead I made cereal thanks grub hub!!!

      I tried to cancel an order 2 minutes after making it, and ****************** said they couldn't! I called the restaurant, and they said they hadn't started making the order yet, but the Grubhub support rep refused because "the restaurant has started making the food." They are liars. If they cant cancel orders and refund, it should be required for a "NON REFUNDABLE" clause on the app if this is the case!
