      Our very first Grub Hub order: they didnt show up as scheduled, then said running late, then CANCELLED THE ****** We were left without any supper. Absolutely unacceptable. Havent used them since, and never will.

      **************** is awful their driver ******** never delivered my order. I asked for a refund because I paid for a service and she refused to refund me and was rude. They also majorly jack up prices.

      Only because I cannot leave 0 stars. Worst food delivery service ever. Ordered four separate times and they were all WRONG. Now they are blaming me and not refunding my money.

      DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE APP! GO WITH UBER OR POSTMATES!! Would give 0 stars if possible!! God help of there's an issue with your food, still waiting on 3 different refunds from over 2weeks ago to hit my account!! Support center is an absolute JOKE, while it says your chatting with someone, it's just an automated response feed, and NOT helpful in anyway!! Also had random items added to my order that I NEVER selected, and when I reached out I was offered store credit instead of an actual refund!! This company is filled with CROOKS WHO ROB YOU BLIND! DO NOT TRUST THIS APP OR ANY SERVICE IT PROVIDES!! ?????????? The fact that they haven't been shut down is appalling !!

      Grubhub is basically a fraudulent business. They list delivery times that are ***** minutes less than actual. They give you a $5 credit but that's not enough to have to reheat your dinner. In my opinion they are just liars.

      I had the absolute worst experience in a long time last night with Grubhub. I placed an order at 5:20 pm. The app said the order would arrive between 5:40 and 5:50. I even got an email to confirm this. Within minutes the time changed to 6:10 to 6:20. Now I am mad because I would not have ordered delivery I would have went and picked it up because I had two very hungry kids. So then 6:20 comes around and there is no food yet. I then start a live chat with someone on the app. What a joke that was. I asked for a number to call and he proceeded to tell me there was no number. So now I ****** it and of course there is a number. I called that number and all they have to say is your order has been cancelled and you will be refunded. So now it is after 7 and no one has eaten yet. A 2 hour process for them to charge my card cancel my order and take days to give me my money back. I WILL NEVER USE grubhub AGAIN! and I will never recommend anyone to use it either. They do not even deserve 1 star.

      GrubHub is a complete waste of time. They cancelled almost 3 of my orders. I also cancelled due to horrible service. I am appalled at their service and will not be recommending them to anyone ever again. I have a free year trial due to having Amazon prime and I can't use it and they closed my account and I can't make any orders or order from them again. I put in an appeal and because they messed up I have to face the penalty. I actually want them to figure a place to put the 16 in credit I have now to someone.

      This is the worst delivery service thats out there. There drivers get lost or dont even show up they leave your food at other address then to top it off they dont compensate you for anything infact they dont even want to refund your money they want to give it to you for credit then again your in the same situation of it not showing up or so late its soggy and cold there customer service line is just as horrible dont use grubhub

      I went from an order in August to an order today, in August I was charged $.49 delivery fee $1.50 service charge Today I was charged $7.49 delivery fee and a $2.26 service fee.When I spoke to an agent to try to find out why the huge increase in price they said it was my distance from the restaurant, I have not changed my distance from the restaurant!When I asked for a $7 credit the representative refused and only offered a primo code on a furtive order, I wont order in the future and use grub hub if the delivery is almost equal to the cost of the food!Poor customer service!
